{"id":8915,"date":"2019-12-26T09:41:06","date_gmt":"2019-12-26T15:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=8915"},"modified":"2019-12-26T09:42:25","modified_gmt":"2019-12-26T15:42:25","slug":"mexico-denunciara-ante-corte-internacional-de-justicia-asedio-en-embajada-en-bolivia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=8915","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico denunciar\u00e1 ante Corte Internacional de Justicia asedio en embajada en Bolivia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El secretario de&nbsp;<strong>Relaciones Exteriores<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Marcelo Ebrard<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que se presentar\u00e1 hoy ante la&nbsp;<strong>Corte Internacional de Justicia<\/strong>&nbsp;un recurso jur\u00eddico por violaci\u00f3n de operaciones diplom\u00e1ticas, tras el asedio en la embajada de&nbsp;<strong>M\u00e9xico&nbsp;<\/strong>en<strong>&nbsp;Bolivia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abEl d\u00eda de hoy presentaremos un instrumento jur\u00eddico ante la Corte Penal Internacional por violaci\u00f3n de operaciones diplom\u00e1ticas. Planteamos que se preserve y se respete la integridad de las instalaciones y de quien se encuentra al interior (&#8230;)&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Exhortamos a que sean respetadas las instalaciones y se preserve su integridad, as\u00ed como de las personas que se encuentran en su interior (sic)\u00bb, dijo durante la conferencia matutina del presidente&nbsp;<strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n de los ex funcionarios de Evo Morales, reiter\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico fue avisado&nbsp;de \u00e9stas once d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que se otorgara el asilo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abEl 15 noviembre se les otorga asilo; el 26 se nos comunica que hay \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de los cuatro asilados. De acuerdo al derecho internacional lo que prevale es el derecho de asilo, dado que las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n ocurren 11 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Tenemos nueve personas de las que solicitaron asilo, y que tengan orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan las autoridades, cuatro; los otros cinco no tienen, pero no les han dado salvoconducto (sic)\u00bb, dijo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El canciller advirti\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico&nbsp;no permitir\u00e1 que ning\u00fan pa\u00eds viole su soberan\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abNo esperamos un impacto salvo que se agrave la situaci\u00f3n y llegasen a tomar una decisi\u00f3n contraria a la soberan\u00eda nacional porque ah\u00ed si tendr\u00edamos que reaccionar.
