{"id":8627,"date":"2019-12-12T12:12:52","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T18:12:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informantever.wordpress.com\/?p=8627"},"modified":"2019-12-12T12:12:52","modified_gmt":"2019-12-12T18:12:52","slug":"enchulan-las-calles-en-xalapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=8627","title":{"rendered":"Enchulan las calles en Xalapa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Inici\u00f3 la primera fase del Plan Integral de Movilidad Urbana Sustentable con la recuperaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas peatonales en la calle Ignacio Aldama, entre Landero y Coss y 5 de Febrero, donde la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Urbano, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial del Estado y el Consejo Estatal para la Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes (Coepra) interviene banquetas y delimita un \u00e1rea para personas en sillas de ruedas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl objetivo es que el peat\u00f3n tenga una forma segura de caminar porque si se observa, en algunas banquetas hay obst\u00e1culos como escalones, postes o desniveles, que a una persona que tiene que moverse en silla de ruedas le impide el libre tr\u00e1nsito\u201d, inform\u00f3 el jefe del Departamento de Movilidad Urbana, Alfonso L\u00f3pez Pineda.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que \u00e9sta es la primera de muchas intervenciones que se har\u00e1 en la ciudad \u201cy que demuestra que, con una inversi\u00f3n de bajo costo y mucha voluntad podemos mejorar significativamente las cosas, sobre todo para el peat\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que el pasado 10 de octubre integrantes del Consejo de Movilidad Urbana aprobaron el plan que busca incidir en las soluciones del problema vial que experimenta el municipio, y que por primera vez da prioridad al peat\u00f3n, al privilegiar al transporte no motorizado y p\u00fablico sobre el veh\u00edculo privado.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario expuso que entre las acciones a realizar destaca la creaci\u00f3n de la primera Ciclov\u00eda de Xalapa, una ruta de 15 kil\u00f3metros que ir\u00e1 de la avenida Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, desde la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (Sefiplan), hasta Los Sauces.<\/p>\n<p>Este carril contar\u00e1 con estaciones de resguardo de bicicletas y requerir\u00e1 adecuaciones a cocheras, paradas de autob\u00fas y alcantarillado para seguridad de los ciclistas.
