{"id":768,"date":"2015-07-07T12:37:11","date_gmt":"2015-07-07T17:37:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informantever.wordpress.com\/?p=768"},"modified":"2015-07-07T12:37:11","modified_gmt":"2015-07-07T17:37:11","slug":"caso-de-regina-martinez-continua-lleno-de-irregularidades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=768","title":{"rendered":"Caso de Regina Mart\u00ednez contin\u00faa lleno de irregularidades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/informantever.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/image52.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-760\" src=\"https:\/\/informantever.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/image52.jpg?w=700\" alt=\"image\" width=\"700\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> La abogada de Jorge Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Silva, \u00abEl Silva\u00bb, Diana Coq Toscanini, inform\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n dando irregularidades durante su estancia en el Penal de Pacho Viejo, pues no se ha podido comunicar con \u00e9l, adem\u00e1s de que se prohibieron.<\/p>\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, expres\u00f3 que a quien representa es inocente de los delitos que le imputan, por la muerte de la periodista veracruzana y corresponsal de Proceso, Regina Mart\u00ednez, ya que durante la averiguaci\u00f3n se violaron sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, expres\u00f3 que debido a esto interpondr\u00e1 un recurso ante la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos y de no actuar al respecto, se dirigir\u00e1 ante la Corte Interamericana de los Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe encuentra totalmente incomunicado y aislado, a mi como su abogada no me dejan hablar con \u00e9l, la \u00faltima vez que lo intente el C. Director de Readaptaci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Pacho Viejo me prohibi\u00f3 hablar con El Silva por lo que ni a locutorios se me permite pasar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la preocupaci\u00f3n es que no se le permita dialogar con alguien m\u00e1s a fin de que acuda a un nosocomio a hacerse las pruebas necesarias y una atenci\u00f3n medica que requiere.<\/p>\n<p>y es que narr\u00f3 que no se le ha permitido acudir a los hospitales de Xalapa a fin de que se les hagan las pruebas pertinentes \u201cjam\u00e1s se le han hecho las pruebas pertinentes para conocer en que etapa se encuentra la enfermedad que padece, conocida como S\u00edndrome de Inmuno Deficiencia Adquirida, de la cual no se sabe si es portador o ya padece el s\u00edndrome\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Coq Toscanini manifest\u00f3 que es importante que se realicen las investigaciones de manera responsable, pues existen un sin fin de irregularidades, aunque se tuvieron testigos nunca se ha sabido
