{"id":58938,"date":"2026-06-03T10:14:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T16:14:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58938"},"modified":"2026-06-03T10:14:55","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T16:14:55","slug":"entran-en-vigor-reformas-electorales-en-que-consisten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58938","title":{"rendered":"Entran en vigor reformas electorales: \u00bfen qu\u00e9 consisten?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La elecci\u00f3n judicial fue reprogramada para el 4 de junio de 2028 y se realizar\u00e1 bajo nuevas reglas que buscan simplificar el proceso.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este mi\u00e9rcoles entraron en vigor&nbsp;<strong>tres reformas electorales, que se aprobaron<\/strong>&nbsp;durante el periodo extraordinario del&nbsp;<strong>Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;sobre las elecciones judiciales, verificaci\u00f3n de integridad de candidaturas y nulidad por intervenci\u00f3n extranjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo, la consejera jur\u00eddica del gobierno federal,&nbsp;<strong>Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 sus alcances y respondi\u00f3 a las&nbsp;<strong>principales dudas&nbsp;<\/strong>sobre su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las modificaciones, publicadas el 2 de junio en el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.diputados.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/a>(DOF), incluyen dos reformas constitucionales impulsadas por la presidenta&nbsp;<strong>Claudia Sheinbaum&nbsp;<\/strong>y una reforma legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udfe4 <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/Ma%C3%B1aneraDelPueblo?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Ma\u00f1aneraDelPueblo<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LuisaAlcalde?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@LuisaAlcalde<\/a>, consejera jur\u00eddica del <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/GobiernoMX?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@GobiernoMX<\/a>, explica las tres reformas aprobadas en el periodo extraordinario que ya fueron publicadas en el DOF y hoy entran en vigor: <br><br>* Elecci\u00f3n judicial.<br>* Verificaci\u00f3n de integridad de candidaturas.<br>* Nulidad de\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/kqYFsCyNoM\">pic.twitter.com\/kqYFsCyNoM<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Once Noticias (@OnceNoticiasTV) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/OnceNoticiasTV\/status\/2062177356312203613?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 3, 2026<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cambios a la elecci\u00f3n judicial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera de las reformas electorales busca fortalecer y<strong>&nbsp;simplificar la elecci\u00f3n de integrantes<\/strong>&nbsp;del Poder Judicial. Entre los principales cambios destaca que la elecci\u00f3n prevista para 2027 se realizar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>el 4 de junio de 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se aplaz\u00f3 con el objetivo de evitar que coincida con una de las\u00a0jornadas electorales\u00a0m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds y dar m\u00e1s tiempo a la ciudadan\u00eda para conocer a las candidaturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se reducir\u00e1 el n\u00famero de aspirantes en las boletas,<strong>&nbsp;se simplificar\u00e1 su dise\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;y se incorporar\u00e1 un examen de conocimientos para quienes busquen participar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verificaci\u00f3n de integridad de candidaturas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta reforma crea un mecanismo voluntario para\u00a0<strong>detectar posibles riesgos<\/strong>\u00a0relacionados con delincuencia organizada o actividades il\u00edcitas entre\u00a0candidaturas postuladas\u00a0por partidos\u00a0<strong>pol\u00edticos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, Luisa Alcalde aclar\u00f3 que las denuncias y procesos de detecci\u00f3n le corresponder\u00e1n a estos partidos, sin mayor intervenci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Nacional Electoral&nbsp;<\/strong>(INE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl INE no investiga, no emite un juicio sobre la integridad de las candidaturas ni resuelve sobre su registro. El INE solo ser\u00e1 el v\u00ednculo institucional para facilitar el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 Alcalde.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nulidad por intervenci\u00f3n extranjera<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tercera reforma establece como causal de&nbsp;<strong>nulidad de elecciones federales o locales<\/strong>&nbsp;la comprobaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/oncenoticias.digital\/nacional\/avanzan-investigaciones-sobre-agentes-de-cia\/569386\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">actos de intervenci\u00f3n extranjera&nbsp;<\/a>que influyan en los resultados.
