{"id":58348,"date":"2026-05-11T12:24:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T18:24:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58348"},"modified":"2026-05-11T12:24:37","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T18:24:37","slug":"juzgados-en-palma-sola-operan-en-malas-condiciones-denuncian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58348","title":{"rendered":"Juzgados en Palma Sola operan en malas condiciones, denuncian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- El presidente del Colegio de Abogados Juristas del Estado de Veracruz, Valent\u00edn Olmos Alfonso, present\u00f3 una queja ante la presidenta del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial del Poder Judicial del Estado de Veracruz,Alma Rosa Flores Ceballos por las malas condiciones en las que operan los juzgados de responsabilidad juvenil de Palma Sola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El litigante denunci\u00f3 que durante una audiencia realizada el pasado 6 de mayo se registr\u00f3 \u201cun calor insoportable\u201d debido a la falta de aire acondicionado, adem\u00e1s de ba\u00f1os fuera de servicio y problemas el\u00e9ctricos en las instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olmos Alfonso se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las audiencias, algunas de m\u00e1s de cuatro horas, se desarrollan en espacios con poca ventilaci\u00f3n, lo que afecta la salud y la concentraci\u00f3n de jueces, abogados y menores involucrados en los procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, acus\u00f3 que la falta de una planta de energ\u00eda provoca suspensiones y reprogramaciones de audiencias cuando ocurren apagones, por lo que pidi\u00f3 al Poder Judicial de Veracruz atender de manera urgente las deficiencias en la infraestructura.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver.- El presidente del Colegio de Abogados Juristas del Estado de Veracruz, Valent\u00edn Olmos Alfonso, present\u00f3 una queja ante la presidenta del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial del Poder Judicial del Estado de Veracruz,Alma Rosa Flores Ceballos por las malas condiciones en las que operan los juzgados de responsabilidad juvenil de Palma Sola.
