Con una inversi\u00f3n proyectada de m\u00e1s de <strong>140,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> hacia el a\u00f1o 2030, el gobierno federal apuesta por una expansi\u00f3n sin precedentes de la Red Nacional de Gasoductos, orientada a fortalecer la soberan\u00eda energ\u00e9tica y asegurar el abasto industrial y el\u00e9ctrico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desglose de la Inversi\u00f3n y Participantes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de este ambicioso proyecto se divide entre dos instituciones clave del Estado mexicano, asegurando una cobertura integral desde la infraestructura de transporte hasta la distribuci\u00f3n directa para generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Centro Nacional de Control del Gas Natural (CENAGAS):<\/strong> Recibir\u00e1 <strong>87,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> para la construcci\u00f3n de tres nuevos gasoductos troncales y la ejecuci\u00f3n de 41 proyectos de modernizaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento operativo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE):<\/strong> Destinar\u00e1 <strong>53,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> para la edificaci\u00f3n de nueve gasoductos adicionales (ramales), dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente para alimentar las nuevas centrales de generaci\u00f3n de ciclo combinado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infraestructura y Nuevos Tramos Estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, M\u00e9xico posee una red de <strong>21,149 kil\u00f3metros de gasoductos<\/strong>. El nuevo plan incrementar\u00e1 esta extensi\u00f3n en aproximadamente un <strong>8.2%<\/strong>, con tramos dise\u00f1ados para conectar zonas de alta demanda industrial y energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principales Proyectos de Infraestructura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><th>Proyecto \/ Tramo<\/th><th>Ubicaci\u00f3n \/ Regi\u00f3n<\/th><th>Objetivo Estrat\u00e9gico<\/th><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Centauro del Norte<\/strong><\/td><td>Sonora y Baja California<\/td><td>Suministro a la regi\u00f3n noroeste y conexi\u00f3n fronteriza.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Cuxtal II<\/strong><\/td><td>Chiapas a Yucat\u00e1n<\/td><td>Alimentar las nuevas plantas en el sureste mexicano.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Coatzacoalcos II<\/strong><\/td><td>Veracruz<\/td><td>Abastecimiento a los Polos de Desarrollo del Istmo.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Naco-Hermosillo<\/strong><\/td><td>Sonora<\/td><td>Modernizaci\u00f3n y seguridad de transporte en el norte.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Libramiento Reynosa<\/strong><\/td><td>Tamaulipas<\/td><td>Optimizar el flujo de gas desde la frontera hacia el centro.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivos: Suministro El\u00e9ctrico y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan no solo busca expandir los ductos, sino que tiene objetivos operativos inmediatos para el sistema el\u00e9ctrico nacional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abasto a 13 Centrales El\u00e9ctricas:<\/strong> La prioridad es garantizar el combustible para las nuevas plantas de ciclo combinado de la CFE, de las cuales se espera que siete entren en operaci\u00f3n antes de finalizar 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polos del Bienestar:<\/strong> Suministrar gas natural a los parques industriales proyectados en el sur y sureste del pa\u00eds para fomentar la inversi\u00f3n privada y la creaci\u00f3n de empleos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Generaci\u00f3n de Empleo:<\/strong> Se estima que la construcci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de estas obras generar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de <strong>18,400 empleos directos e indirectos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguridad y Mantenimiento de la Red Actual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un componente cr\u00edtico de la inversi\u00f3n \u2014aproximadamente <strong>39,000 millones de pesos<\/strong>\u2014 se destinar\u00e1 exclusivamente a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la red existente. Debido a que gran parte de la infraestructura actual fue heredada con d\u00e9cadas de antig\u00fcedad, el programa busca prevenir fallas t\u00e9cnicas que puedan comprometer el flujo constante de gas hacia la industria nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexto y Perspectiva de Mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9xico depende actualmente en un <strong>70% de las importaciones de gas natural<\/strong> provenientes de Estados Unidos. Al fortalecer la red nacional, el gobierno de Sheinbaum pretende optimizar el uso del gas importado y, potencialmente, incentivar la producci\u00f3n nacional para reducir la vulnerabilidad ante choques de precios externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta expansi\u00f3n de la red de gasoductos es el complemento estructural a la moderaci\u00f3n inflacionaria. Al asegurar energ\u00eda m\u00e1s eficiente y econ\u00f3mica para la industria y la generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, se sientan las bases para una mayor estabilidad de precios a largo plazo en el
