{"id":58264,"date":"2026-05-06T12:36:42","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T18:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58264"},"modified":"2026-05-06T12:36:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T18:36:49","slug":"funcionaria-denuncia-intento-de-despido-y-agresion-en-oficina-de-catastro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58264","title":{"rendered":"Funcionaria denuncia intento de despido y agresi\u00f3n en oficina de Catastro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Litzy Rub\u00ed Ronz\u00f3n Montiel, jefa del Departamento de Estad\u00edstica Catastral, denunci\u00f3 un presunto intento de despido injustificado y una agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica por parte de la directora general de Catastro, Rachel Guadalupe Hern\u00e1ndez Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con su testimonio, los hechos ocurrieron el 4 de mayo en la sala de juntas de la dependencia, donde, tras una reuni\u00f3n, su superior le habr\u00eda pedido firmar una renuncia voluntaria con fecha posterior, la cual asegur\u00f3 no haber elaborado, sin embargo, al negarse, afirm\u00f3 que fue sujetada del brazo, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el incidente qued\u00f3 grabado en video y acus\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se le impidi\u00f3 salir del lugar hasta firmar el documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que personal jur\u00eddico le sugiri\u00f3 aceptar la renuncia, lo cual rechaz\u00f3, al exigir que cualquier separaci\u00f3n se realice conforme a la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que ya acudi\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado para presentar una denuncia, aunque no fue atendida en ese momento, por lo que continuar\u00e1 el proceso legal.
