{"id":58193,"date":"2026-05-01T10:13:41","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T16:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58193"},"modified":"2026-05-01T10:13:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T16:13:44","slug":"inicia-juicio-por-feminicidio-de-montserrat-bendimes-proceso-sera-prolongado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=58193","title":{"rendered":"Inicia juicio por feminicidio de Montserrat Bendimes; proceso ser\u00e1 prolongado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.\u2013 A casi cuatro a\u00f1os del feminicidio de Montserrat Bendimes Rold\u00e1n, este 30 de abril inici\u00f3 el juicio contra Marlon Botas Fuentes, se\u00f1alado como presunto responsable del crimen, inform\u00f3 la  fiscal general del estado, Lisbeth Aurelia Jim\u00e9nez Aguirre, quien dijo que el proceso ser\u00e1 extenso debido a la cantidad de pruebas y testigos que deber\u00e1n desahogarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe inici\u00f3 el juicio, pero es un proceso largo. Hay muchos testigos que desahogar y se van a requerir varias audiencias\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria asegur\u00f3 que existen elementos suficientes para buscar una sentencia condenatoria. \u201cEs un solo juicio, pero con muchas testimoniales y periciales. Apenas se desahog\u00f3 la primera audiencia, por lo que va para largo\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el caso, el 17 de abril de 2021 el acusado habr\u00eda agredido a la joven, provoc\u00e1ndole traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico y diversas fracturas; la v\u00edctima falleci\u00f3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s mientras recib\u00eda atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras los hechos, el presunto responsable huy\u00f3 con apoyo de sus padres \u2014detenidos posteriormente y liberados m\u00e1s tarde\u2014 y se entreg\u00f3 el 3 de junio de 2022 ante autoridades estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 que el expediente cuenta con los elementos necesarios para avanzar, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que la complejidad del caso
