Durante este periodo, las instituciones bancarias renunciar\u00e1n al cobro de la \u00abcuota de intercambio\u00bb, permitiendo que las transacciones se liquiden de forma \u00edntegra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inicio de vigencia:<\/strong>\u00a01 de mayo de 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fin de vigencia:<\/strong>\u00a031 de octubre de 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida no solo abarca a las tarjetas bancarias tradicionales, sino que se extiende a los sistemas de red cerrada, tales como monederos electr\u00f3nicos y vales de gasolina, que suelen ser utilizados por empresas para la gesti\u00f3n de sus flotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impacto Econ\u00f3mico Directo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos proporcionados por la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP), el ahorro por cada operaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 significativo. El objetivo es que ese margen de ahorro no se quede en el sistema bancario, sino que se traduzca en una baja inmediata en el precio de exhibici\u00f3n en las bombas\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puntos Clave de la Estrategia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para comprender el alcance total de esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, es necesario desglosar sus componentes principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contenci\u00f3n de la Inflaci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0A diferencia de los subsidios fiscales tradicionales (como los est\u00edmulos al IEPS), esta medida no implica un gasto directo para el erario p\u00fablico, sino un sacrificio de utilidad por parte del sector bancario para apoyar la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparencia en el Precio:<\/strong>\u00a0La Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) intensificar\u00e1 sus operativos de vigilancia para asegurar que las estaciones de servicio efectivamente trasladen el beneficio al p\u00fablico y no incrementen sus m\u00e1rgenes de ganancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fomento a la Bancarizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0Al eliminar el \u00absobrecosto\u00bb que algunas gasolineras aplicaban de manera informal por pagar con tarjeta, se promueve la formalidad y la seguridad en las transacciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3n de Vales y Monederos:<\/strong>\u00a0La medida protege el poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores que reciben prestaciones laborales en forma de vales, quienes suelen verse m\u00e1s afectados por las fluctuaciones de precios.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyecciones y Expectativas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector gasolinero ha recibido la noticia con optimismo moderado, se\u00f1alando que la log\u00edstica de actualizaci\u00f3n de las terminales punto de venta (TPV) deber\u00e1 ser expedita para cumplir con el plazo del 1 de mayo. Por su parte, la ABM ha manifestado su compromiso con la agenda de bienestar social de la administraci\u00f3n actual, viendo en esta pausa de seis meses una oportunidad para fortalecer la confianza del consumidor en el sistema financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera que, al finalizar el periodo en octubre de 2026, el Gobierno Federal realice una evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto en el \u00cdndice Nacional de Precios al Consumidor (INPC) para determinar si la medida podr\u00eda extenderse o si se requieren ajustes estructurales adicionales en la normativa de comisiones interbancarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta acci\u00f3n, M\u00e9xico se posiciona como uno de los pocos pa\u00edses en la regi\u00f3n que logra un acuerdo de esta magnitud con el sector privado financiero
