{"id":57524,"date":"2026-03-07T17:51:02","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T23:51:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=57524"},"modified":"2026-03-31T17:54:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T23:54:20","slug":"responde-congreso-local-sobre-convocatoria-para-elecciones-municipales-en-san-andres-tuxtla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=57524","title":{"rendered":"Responde Congreso local sobre convocatoria para elecciones municipales en San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Convocatoria emitida por el Cabildo cumple acciones afirmativas establecidas en la Constituci\u00f3n, se\u00f1ala Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Procesos Electorales.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla, Ver., 7 de marzo de 2026.- <\/strong>En atenci\u00f3n a las inquietudes expuestas por habitantes de comunidades \u00a0 de San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla, la Junta Municipal Electoral del H. Ayuntamiento solicit\u00f3 al Congreso del Estado de Veracruz criterio orientador respecto a la Convocatoria aprobada por la autoridad municipal en sesi\u00f3n de cabildo en febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, en la que se garantiza los principios de paridad de g\u00e9nero para la elecci\u00f3n de agentes y subagentes municipales 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la solicitud de opini\u00f3n sobre la insaculaci\u00f3n hacia la Comisi\u00f3n de Organizaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica y Procesos Electorales del Poder Legislativo esta defini\u00f3 ratificar que el mecanismo aprobado por el cabildo en el punto 1.13 de su Convocatoria, as\u00ed como el listado de prelaci\u00f3n derivado del mismo, cumplen estrictamente con la normatividad constitucional en materia de paridad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Congreso de Veracruz manifest\u00f3 que garantizar la paridad de g\u00e9nero es un mandato ineludible estipulado en el art\u00edculo 41, base 1, de la Constituci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica; un pilar que toda la autoridad del Estado mexicano est\u00e1 obligada a garantizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstante, tanto el Congreso del Estado como el Cabildo y la Junta Municipal Electoral, reiteran el derecho ciudadano para acudir a las instancias competentes a fin de que puedan expresar y dar curso legal a cualquier inconformidad respecto al proceso para elegir agentes y subagentes municipales, reiterando en sus acciones el respeto por la equidad de g\u00e9nero y la inclusi\u00f3n en todos los procesos pol\u00edticos y sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"
