Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, por su posible participaci\u00f3n en los delitos de transporte de migrantes por el territorio nacional, con el objeto de obtener un lucro, con el fin de evadir la revisi\u00f3n migratoria y posesi\u00f3n de cosa robada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos ocurrieron cuando elementos de la Polic\u00eda Estatal, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gabinete de Seguridad del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, en la carretera Veracruz-Xalapa, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 32 en la localidad de Palo Gacho, del municipio de Emiliano Zapata, Veracruz, detuvieron a Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, cuando viajaba a bordo de un tractocami\u00f3n con placas del servicio p\u00fablico federal, mismo que contaba con reporte de robo, y en el cual se localizaron a 229 personas extranjeras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El imputado qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF), adscrito a la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR) en Veracruz, el cual present\u00f3 los datos de prueba ante el juez, para obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El individuo, para efecto del cumplimiento de la medida cautelar, fue ingresado al Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n de Pacho Viejo, Zona 1 Xalapa, ubicado en Coatepec, en dicha entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la persona mencionada en este comunicado se le presume inocente, mientras no exista sentencia
