{"id":57329,"date":"2026-03-24T14:59:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T20:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=57329"},"modified":"2026-03-24T14:59:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T20:59:51","slug":"anuncian-festival-de-la-paella-2026-en-chachalacas-para-impulsar-turismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=57329","title":{"rendered":"Anuncian Festival de la Paella 2026 en Chachalacas para impulsar turismo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Autoridades y organizadores anunciaron la tercera edici\u00f3n del Festival de la Paella 2026, que se realizar\u00e1 en Playa de Chachalacas, en el municipio de \u00darsulo Galv\u00e1n, con el objetivo de promover la gastronom\u00eda y atraer visitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento tendr\u00e1 lugar este s\u00e1bado, de 11:00 a 15:00 horas, en el Hotel Chachalacas, con la participaci\u00f3n de seis chefs que competir\u00e1n en la elaboraci\u00f3n de paella, platillo de origen espa\u00f1ol adaptado con ingredientes regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los participantes destacan el chef Sebasti\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez, ganador de la primera edici\u00f3n, as\u00ed como Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez y otros exponentes de la cocina local.
