{"id":56495,"date":"2026-02-18T15:58:31","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T21:58:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=56495"},"modified":"2026-02-18T15:58:36","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T21:58:36","slug":"ahued-descarta-irregularidades-en-cuenta-publica-2024-de-xalapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=56495","title":{"rendered":"Ahued descarta irregularidades en cuenta p\u00fablica 2024 de Xalapa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Asegur\u00f3 que solventar\u00e1 se\u00f1alamientos de la ASF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secretario de Gobierno de Veracruz, Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil, aclar\u00f3 que las observaciones emitidas por la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) a la cuenta p\u00fablica 2024 del Ayuntamiento de Xalapa obedecen a solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n adicional y no representan un presunto desfalco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante una conferencia de prensa, el funcionario detall\u00f3 que los se\u00f1alamientos ascienden a 197 millones de pesos, divididos en dos apartados: 176 millones relacionados con obras p\u00fablicas y 21 millones correspondientes a documentaci\u00f3n complementaria, como fotograf\u00edas, resguardos y comprobantes de adquisiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de las obras, explic\u00f3 que la ASF requiere principalmente actas de entrega-recepci\u00f3n, las cuales forman parte de los expedientes t\u00e9cnicos de cada proyecto. Subray\u00f3 que dichos documentos existen y ser\u00e1n entregados nuevamente a la autoridad fiscalizadora para solventar las observaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahued Bardahuil destac\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento cuenta con aproximadamente cuatro terabytes de informaci\u00f3n digital respaldada y certificada, lo que permitir\u00e1 atender los requerimientos en corto plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que este tipo de revisiones forman parte de los mecanismos habituales de fiscalizaci\u00f3n que se aplican a m\u00e1s de dos mil municipios y a los gobiernos estatales en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pidi\u00f3 no confundir las observaciones con desv\u00edo de recursos o inexistencia de obras, pues, dijo,se trata de completar informaci\u00f3n para cerrar procesos administrativos.
