{"id":56210,"date":"2026-02-05T11:34:35","date_gmt":"2026-02-05T17:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=56210"},"modified":"2026-02-05T11:34:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T17:34:43","slug":"ahued-anuncia-revision-a-notarias-por-presuntos-despojos-inmobiliarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=56210","title":{"rendered":"Ahued anuncia revisi\u00f3n a notar\u00edas por presuntos despojos inmobiliarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> El Gobierno de Veracruz inici\u00f3 una revisi\u00f3n a notar\u00edas, al Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y a diversos actores involucrados en presuntos fraudes y despojos inmobiliarios, inform\u00f3 el secretario de Gobierno, Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil, quien advirti\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 tolerancia a irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ya se atienden denuncias ciudadanas, principalmente de adultos mayores y personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, y confirm\u00f3 que desde esta semana comenzaron las revisiones notariales en Xalapa, las cuales se extender\u00e1n al resto del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahued Bardahuil aclar\u00f3 que no se criminaliza al gremio notarial ni al Poder Judicial, y subray\u00f3 que las acciones se realizan en coordinaci\u00f3n con las instancias correspondientes para garantizar legalidad y transparencia. Reconoci\u00f3 la existencia de redes de defraudadores integradas por abogados, gestores y particulares que aprovechan vac\u00edos legales para apropiarse de inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indic\u00f3 que ya existen denuncias formales, incluso contra personal del propio gobierno, y asegur\u00f3 que las sanciones se aplicar\u00e1n conforme a la ley, incluyendo la suspensi\u00f3n o retiro de patentes notariales cuando as\u00ed proceda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que cualquier orden de desalojo ser\u00e1 revisada previamente para descartar irregularidades y afirm\u00f3 que se defender\u00e1 tanto el patrimonio p\u00fablico como los derechos de los ciudadanos.
