{"id":55074,"date":"2025-12-09T13:04:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T19:04:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=55074"},"modified":"2025-12-09T13:04:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T19:04:51","slug":"vamos-a-parar-a-este-cartel-inmobiliario-le-pese-a-quien-le-pese-ricardo-ahued","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=55074","title":{"rendered":"\u201cVamos a parar a este c\u00e1rtel inmobiliario le pese a quien le pese\u201d: Ricardo Ahued"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cAqu\u00ed se acab\u00f3 la tranza\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dario Pale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>\u201cVamos a parar a este c\u00e1rtel inmobiliario le pese a quien le pese\u201d, advirti\u00f3 el secretario de Gobierno de Veracruz, Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil, al reconocer que durante a\u00f1os existi\u00f3 un contubernio entre notarios, funcionarios del Registro P\u00fablico, Catastro, jueces e incluso la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica para facilitar el despojo de bienes a ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista, el funcionario sostuvo que este entramado de irregularidades permiti\u00f3 que se inscribieran contratos privados de manera ilegal, lo que deriv\u00f3 en despojos sistem\u00e1ticos de propiedades. Afirm\u00f3 que esa pr\u00e1ctica qued\u00f3 cancelada desde el inicio de la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed se acab\u00f3 la tranza. La gobernadora ha sido enf\u00e1tica. Nos exigi\u00f3 transparencia y que vayamos de frente y lo vamos a hacer porque vamos a parar este c\u00e1rtel inmobiliario, le pese a quien le pese y el despojo de los terrenos que se daban con una facilidad en un contubernio desde el registro p\u00fablico, desde el catastro, del poder judicial y luego aparte con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de desalojos indebidos. Eso lo vamos a parar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahued Bardahuil revel\u00f3 que el grado de irregularidades detectadas es de tal magnitud que incluso se investiga c\u00f3mo una zona natural protegida del Cofre de Perote apareci\u00f3 con un presunto propietario, pese a tratarse de un \u00e1rea federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDe tal manera era este tipo, perd\u00f3n que lo diga en esta expresi\u00f3n, cochinero, que estamos a punto de revisar qu\u00e9 notario o qui\u00e9n propuso que un \u00e1rea natural protegida de muchas hect\u00e1reas en el Cofre de Perote aparezca un propietario cuando es zona protegida y es de la naci\u00f3n. Imag\u00ednese el tama\u00f1o que tenemos que frenar para que se eviten todo este tipo de anomal\u00edas delincuenciales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario asegur\u00f3 que ya se orden\u00f3 revisar a los notarios y autoridades involucradas en estos procesos, al tiempo que advirti\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 denuncias penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed le vamos a poner freno y caiga quien caiga y demandemos a quien demandemos, vamos a actuar con todo el peso de la ley. Hoy el Registro P\u00fablico est\u00e1 transparentando todo y el Catastro tambi\u00e9n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que, aunque la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno no tiene facultades para ordenar desalojos, s\u00ed es responsable del Registro P\u00fablico y del Catastro, \u00e1reas donde se originaban muchas de las irregularidades y que por ello se \u201clleg\u00f3 a poner orden\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros no damos los desalojos, no damos instrucci\u00f3n. El secretario no tiene facultad de firmar que desalojen a nadie, pero s\u00ed depende de nosotros el Registro P\u00fablico y el Catastro y cualquier anomal\u00eda que nos venga. A mi llegada pusimos orden. Ya quitamos una notar\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que una de las principales pr\u00e1cticas irregulares consist\u00eda en la inscripci\u00f3n de contratos privados sin sustento legal, que posteriormente derivaban en despojos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe hac\u00edan muchas inscripciones y contratos privados que, al hacerlos, se daban cuenta posterior que ten\u00edan un despojo. Esto no es nuevo, estos c\u00e1rteles o estos delincuentes o estos contubernios entre quiz\u00e1 autoridades o personas que ten\u00edan la fe p\u00fablica se prestaban para estas cosas. Aqu\u00ed le pusimos orden\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el caso espec\u00edfico de un presunto despojo en la zona de Las \u00c1nimas, en Xalapa, Ahued Bardahuil se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de un proceso que se encuentra desde hace tiempo en tribunales, pero reiter\u00f3 que su dependencia dar\u00e1 seguimiento a la parte que le corresponde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConozco a las familias, gente de trabajo. Vamos a ver con el Poder Judicial porque la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno no procede, no tiene facultades para hacer desalojos, pero s\u00ed depende de nosotros el Registro P\u00fablico y el
