{"id":53757,"date":"2025-10-22T12:05:54","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T18:05:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=53757"},"modified":"2025-10-23T12:08:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T18:08:14","slug":"exige-javier-herrera-borunda-esclarecer-derrame-de-hidrocarburos-en-el-rio-pantepec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=53757","title":{"rendered":"Exige Javier Herrera Borunda esclarecer derrame de hidrocarburos en el r\u00edo Pantepec"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022\u2060 \u2060Hay preocupaci\u00f3n por el impacto ambiental y social en comunidades del municipio de Citlalt\u00e9petl, en Veracruz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 22 de octubre de 2025. <\/strong>El diputado federal del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), Javier Herrera Borunda, present\u00f3 un punto de acuerdo ante la C\u00e1mara de Diputados para exigir a la Agencia de Seguridad, Energ\u00eda y Ambiente (ASEA), un informe detallado y urgente, sobre el derrame de hidrocarburos registrado en el r\u00edo Pantepec, en el municipio de Citlalt\u00e9petl, al norte de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador veracruzano manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por el impacto ambiental y social que este incidente podr\u00eda provocar en las comunidades ribere\u00f1as, y pidi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n inmediata de las autoridades ambientales federales, para evaluar los da\u00f1os y evitar mayores afectaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos pidiendo de manera en\u00e9rgica que se informe a la brevedad, si el derrame ha comprometido la calidad del agua y cu\u00e1les son los riesgos que enfrenta la poblaci\u00f3n. Es prioritario conocer la magnitud del da\u00f1o ecol\u00f3gico y las acciones que se est\u00e1n implementando para mitigarlo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Herrera Borunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el diputado hizo un llamado a Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex), para que rinda cuentas ante el Congreso y la ciudadan\u00eda sobre las medidas de contenci\u00f3n, remediaci\u00f3n y apoyo a las comunidades afectadas, adem\u00e1s de esclarecer si el accidente se debi\u00f3 a falta de mantenimiento o negligencia en la infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi este incidente se debi\u00f3 a omisiones o descuidos, deben aplicarse sanciones ejemplares conforme a la ley vigente.
