{"id":53624,"date":"2025-10-17T11:02:33","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T17:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=53624"},"modified":"2025-10-17T11:02:39","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T17:02:39","slug":"avanza-apertura-de-caminos-en-zonas-afectadas-por-lluvias-sict","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=53624","title":{"rendered":"Avanza apertura de caminos en zonas afectadas por lluvias: SICT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El titular de la SICT dio a conocer que ya opera una aplicaci\u00f3n para tener en tiempo real el levantamiento de da\u00f1os.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del 14 al 17 de octubre, se pas\u00f3 de 288 localidades incomunicadas a solo 127, asimismo ya opera una aplicaci\u00f3n para tener en tiempo real el<strong>\u00a0levantamiento de\u00a0da\u00f1os,<\/strong>\u00a0con el fin de confirmar que los puntos se est\u00e1n atendiendo y liberando, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer el secretario de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes,<strong>\u00a0Jes\u00fas Antonio Esteva Medina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la&nbsp;<strong>Ma\u00f1anera del Pueblo,<\/strong>&nbsp;inform\u00f3 que, en el estado de&nbsp;<strong>Hidalgo<\/strong>, de los 309 caminos, 131 ya se encuentran abiertos, 90 de ellos est\u00e1n parcialmente funcionando y solo 88 permanecen cerrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>, detall\u00f3, el n\u00famero de localidades incomunicadas pas\u00f3 de 21 a 13, gracias al trabajo de 100 trabajadores con 36 m\u00e1quinas al frente. Nueve caminos ya est\u00e1n abiertos y 14 se encuentran parcialmente en funci\u00f3n. En este sentido, Esteva Medina, dijo que se espera que los&nbsp;<strong>28 caminos&nbsp;<\/strong>aun cerrados&nbsp;<strong>se liberen en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que en\u00a0<strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>\u00a0ya no hay\u00a0<strong>ninguna\u00a0localidad incomunicada<\/strong>, ya que luego del deslave registrado en San Juan, se terminar\u00e1 de liberar la zona en los pr\u00f3ximos dos d\u00edas. De igual forma en\u00a0<strong>San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0todas las comunidades tienen\u00a0<strong>18 caminos libres<\/strong>\u00a0y ahora se trabaja en la nivelaci\u00f3n de las vialidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, asegur\u00f3 que en\u00a0<strong>Veracruz<\/strong>\u00a030 caminos est\u00e1n abiertos, nueve parcialmente libres y solo seis cerrados. Asimismo, se\u00a0<strong>redujo<\/strong>\u00a0el n\u00famero de\u00a0<strong>localidades\u00a0incomunicadas<\/strong>\u00a0de 45 a 37.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 que en El&nbsp;<strong>Paraje-Zontecomatl\u00e1n<\/strong>&nbsp;se tiene un avance importante en el que se contemplan&nbsp;<strong>vuelos de reconocimiento<\/strong>, para que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas se resuelva la habilitaci\u00f3n de los tres puentes que requieren de acceso libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEstamos hablando de cerca 9 mil trabajadores o personal que est\u00e1 laborando en este tipo de trabajos, m\u00e1s cerca de mil m\u00e1quinas que se est\u00e1n utilizando, como ayer mencionamos, se sigue
