{"id":52249,"date":"2025-09-04T13:50:04","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T19:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=52249"},"modified":"2025-09-04T13:50:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T19:50:10","slug":"buscan-municipalizar-la-ciudad-industrial-bruno-plagliai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=52249","title":{"rendered":"Buscan municipalizar la ciudad industrial Bruno Plagliai"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada Reyes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Ante la queja de industriales por las malas condiciones en las que se encuentra la zona de la ciudad industrial Bruno Pagliai, se busca municipalizar, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer itular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Portuario (SEDECOP), Ernesto P\u00e9rez Astorga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrevistado en el marco de las Guardias de Honor que realizan en honor a Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, dijo que debido a que el problema es a\u00f1ejo, la autoridad busca intervenir para dar una soluci\u00f3n que permita mejores condiciones a la ciudadania.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEs un problema a\u00f1ejo que viene desde creo que cinco o seis administraciones. Un poco opaco parte de la asignaci\u00f3n de la venta de las propiedades. Se supone que se ten\u00edan que asentar industrias y luego se asentaron bodegas, sin la inversi\u00f3n que se supone se deber\u00eda de haber dado\u201d, explic\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ernesto P\u00e9rez asegur\u00f3 que est\u00e1n a la espera de que inicie la nueva administraci\u00f3n municipal para que, desde ah\u00ed, se puedan realizar acciones que permitan la municipalizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que es de mencionar que al municipalizar dicha ciudad, el Ayuntamiento tendr\u00e1 que hacer frente a todas las necesidades b\u00e1sicas, como lo es drenaje, alumbrado, distribuci\u00f3n de agua, entre otras acciones m\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLo que estamos esperando es que entre la nueva administraci\u00f3n municipal, la alcaldesa electa Rosa Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez Espejo para que se haga cargo, municipalizarlo, porque hoy en d\u00eda todos los que est\u00e1n ah\u00ed asentados pagan contribuciones al Ayuntamiento.
