{"id":52010,"date":"2025-08-27T19:22:24","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T01:22:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=52010"},"modified":"2025-08-27T19:22:31","modified_gmt":"2025-08-28T01:22:31","slug":"partidos-que-no-devuelvan-lista-nominal-se-les-iniciara-un-proceso-sancionador-ine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=52010","title":{"rendered":"Partidos que no devuelvan lista nominal se les iniciar\u00e1 un proceso sancionador: INE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dar\u00edo Pale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> El vocal ejecutivo de la junta local del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), Josu\u00e9 Cervantes Mart\u00ednez, dio a conocer que el partido pol\u00edtico que no devuelva lista nominal se le iniciar\u00eda procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa idea es que no se haga mal uso de la informaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 en el estado nominal y tendr\u00eda que acreditarse una intenci\u00f3n dolosa para que la sanci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s grave\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto a los cargos judiciales pendientes, precis\u00f3 que en t\u00e9rminos hipot\u00e9ticos podr\u00eda ser que tambi\u00e9n se elijan, \u00abpero no es que el INE lo est\u00e9 afirmando para que no se preste a una confusi\u00f3n. No lo sabr\u00eda. Se renovaria la segunda mitad de los cargos que obviamente quedaron pendientes en funci\u00f3n de este primer proceso en el \u00e1mbito federal\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 que Veracruz va a renovar su otra mitad tambi\u00e9n, pero hay entidades como Puebla donde no hubo elecciones en el Poder Judicial, as\u00ed que en el 2027 seguramente renovar\u00e1 todo su Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la informaci\u00f3n que necesitas
