{"id":51693,"date":"2025-08-17T21:45:31","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T03:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=51693"},"modified":"2025-08-17T21:45:35","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T03:45:35","slug":"medidas-a-favor-de-personas-peatonas-propone-diputado-guillermo-pintos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=51693","title":{"rendered":"Medidas a favor de personas peatonas, propone diputado Guillermo Pintos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022\u2060 \u2060Previamente a la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del Peat\u00f3n, plantea acciones, obras, programas y estrategias en materia de seguridad vial.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 17 de agosto de 2025.-<\/strong> Con motivo del D\u00eda del Peat\u00f3n, que se conmemora cada 17 de agosto, el diputado Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n present\u00f3 un Anteproyecto de Punto de Acuerdo por el que se exhorta a las autoridades estatales y municipales a emprender acciones en favor de la seguridad vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Cuarta Sesi\u00f3n del Segundo Receso de este a\u00f1o, el legislador expuso que su planteamiento tiene como objetivo la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones, obras, programas y estrategias por las que se busca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priorizar al peat\u00f3n en el dise\u00f1o y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de calles, garantizando infraestructura segura, accesible e incluyente; implementar campa\u00f1as masivas de educaci\u00f3n y cultura vial que promuevan el respeto al paso peatonal y l\u00edmites de velocidad; adoptar y reportar avances en los 12 objetivos globales de desempe\u00f1o en seguridad vial, con \u00e9nfasis en la reducci\u00f3n de muertes de usuarios vulnerables y, una vez concluidos los trabajos de armonizaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Movilidad en Veracruz, incorporen en sus ordenamientos municipales los principios respectivos para su efectiva aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante popular cit\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), seg\u00fan la cual, cada a\u00f1o mueren aproximadamente 1.3 millones de personas en siniestros viales, y uno de cada cuatro decesos corresponde a peatones. Adem\u00e1s, entre 2010 y 2021, las muertes de peatones aumentaron 3 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n consider\u00f3 que esta conmemoraci\u00f3n es propicia para reflexionar y a tomar acciones. \u201cLas autoridades junto con la ciudadan\u00eda organizada debemos trabajar para que las ciudades sean lugares m\u00e1s seguros e inclusivos para todos\u201d y que \u201ces necesario repensar el dise\u00f1o de nuestras ciudades, priorizar la infraestructura y abandonar el dise\u00f1o urbano orientado hacia el autom\u00f3vil\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
