expuesto en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 17 de agosto de 2025.-<\/strong> Con el objetivo de contribuir a la disminuci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico derivado de la expedici\u00f3n de copias certificadas por dependencias de Gobierno, el diputado H\u00e9ctor Yunes Landa, present\u00f3 ante la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente una Iniciativa de decreto para reformar diversos art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo de Derechos para el Estado de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador explic\u00f3 que actualmente el C\u00f3digo de Derechos del Estado de Veracruz contempla un costo aproximado, por hoja de copia certificada, de 0.2651 Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), equivalente a 30 pesos, \u201clo que atenta contra el principio de Constitucional de proporcionalidad y equidad tributaria referido en el art\u00edculo 31, fracci\u00f3n IV de nuestra Carta Magna\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa, dijo Yunes Landa, plantea \u201cajustar el costo de las copias certificadas a 0.0212 UMA por hoja, es decir, aproximadamente 2.40 pesos, como ya se prev\u00e9 en el art\u00edculo 62, fracci\u00f3n I, del C\u00f3digo de Derechos para copias simples\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, detall\u00f3 que dicha propuesta es equiparable, e incluso mayor, al precio de las copias adquiridas en establecimientos comerciales, de esta forma, dijo, \u201cel costo adicional que implica la certificaci\u00f3n, corresponde a la responsabilidad del Estado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDebemos facilitar la tramitolog\u00eda institucional y fortalecer la econom\u00eda de los ciudadanos y peque\u00f1os contribuyentes, como una forma de modernizar la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para su estudio, la Mesa Directiva turn\u00f3 la iniciativa a la Comisi\u00f3n
