Nahle Garc\u00eda, consiste en actualizar la ley estatal y armonizarla con la ley general.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 11 de agosto de 2025.- <\/strong>Las Comisiones Permanentes Unidas de Gobernaci\u00f3n y de Derechos Humanos y Atenci\u00f3n a Grupos Vulnerables de la LXVII Legislatura suscribieron el proyecto legislativo remitido a esta Soberan\u00eda por la gobernadora de Veracruz, Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda, que propone actualizar la ley estatal en materia de desaparici\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En reuni\u00f3n de trabajo, la diputada Dorheny Garc\u00eda Cayetano y el legislador Luis Vicente Aguilar Castillo, presidenta y secretario de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Gobernaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el diputado Omar Edmundo Blanco Mart\u00ednez y la legisladora Victoria Guti\u00e9rrez P\u00e9rez, presidente y vocal de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Derechos Humanos y Atenci\u00f3n a Grupos Vulnerables, respectivamente, coincidieron en respaldar dicho proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Iniciativa de Decreto, que tiene por objetivo dar celeridad al proceso de b\u00fasqueda, localizaci\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de personas desaparecidas, fue incluida los asuntos de la Tercera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Segundo Receso de este a\u00f1o, celebrada el 5 de agosto de 2025, y turnada por la Mesa Directiva de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente a ambas comisiones para su estudio y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Dictamen suscrito, emanado de la Iniciativa de Decreto, plantea armonizar la Ley local con la Ley General en Materia de Desaparici\u00f3n Forzada de Personas, Desaparici\u00f3n Cometida por Particulares y del Sistema Nacional de B\u00fasqueda de Personas, para incorporar la Plataforma \u00danica de Identidad y as\u00ed fortalecer la b\u00fasqueda, localizaci\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de personas desaparecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
