Guill\u00e9n una iniciativa para actualizar el C\u00f3digo Financiero del estado.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 05 de agosto de 2025.- <\/strong>Mediante una iniciativa, el diputado Miguel Guillermo Pintos Guill\u00e9n plante\u00f3 que se incluya de forma expresa al Poder Legislativo en los entes obligados a presentar los informes trimestrales sobre el ejercicio de su gasto p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tal efecto, el legislador plante\u00f3 reformar el C\u00f3digo Financiero del estado, a fin de dar cumplimiento a la responsabilidad de la persona titular de la unidad administrativa del Poder Legislativo del estado de Veracruz para informar sobre las acciones ejecutadas en relaci\u00f3n con el gasto y destino de los recursos p\u00fablicos que le son asignados y cumplir la obligaci\u00f3n de publicitarlos y transparentarlos ante la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que no existe en ning\u00fan ordenamiento legal en vigor excepci\u00f3n alguna que libere a cualquier ente de la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar los informes trimestrales sobre el ejercicio de su gasto p\u00fablico; por lo que, de acuerdo con su proponente, la Iniciativa presentada parte del principio de que todos los entes y dependencias que ejerzan dinero p\u00fablico est\u00e1n obligados a cumplir con las exigencias de la fiscalizaci\u00f3n superior<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mismo sentido y con referencia al Art\u00edculo 29 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior del estado, el diputado se\u00f1al\u00f3 la necesidad de hacer concordantes las leyes entre s\u00ed para que las autoridades de los distintos \u00f3rdenes de gobierno puedan actuar dentro del \u00e1mbito de su competencia y, con ello, materializar el principio de la seguridad jur\u00eddica, por el que las autoridades supeditan su actuaci\u00f3n a lo estrictamente plasmado en las leyes que le son de cumplimiento obligatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Iniciativa de Decreto que reforma el p\u00e1rrafo segundo del art\u00edculo 179 del C\u00f3digo Financiero del estado fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
