{"id":51215,"date":"2025-07-29T11:53:01","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T17:53:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=51215"},"modified":"2025-07-29T12:20:00","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T18:20:00","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-maestro-por-acoso-sexual-denunciado-por-alumna-en-graduacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=51215","title":{"rendered":"En Chiapas: Vinculan a proceso a maestro por acoso sexual denunciado por alumna en graduaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Chiapas inform\u00f3 que el maestro enfrentar\u00e1 un proceso penal por acoso sexual agravado y hostigamiento sexual agravado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>maestro<\/strong>\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Heriberto N.,\u00a0<strong>denunciado<\/strong>\u00a0por\u00a0<strong>acoso sexual<\/strong>\u00a0por una\u00a0alumna durante su graduaci\u00f3n\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>Chiapas<\/strong>, fue\u00a0<strong>vinculado a proceso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE)\u00a0inform\u00f3\u00a0que el docente enfrentar\u00e1 un proceso penal por los delitos de\u00a0<strong>acoso sexual agravado<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>hostigamiento sexual agravado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El juez de Control vincul\u00f3 a proceso al indiciado, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>&nbsp;y otorgando un mes de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los actos ocurrieron en febrero pasado, en la Escuela Preparatoria Felipe Carrillo Puerto, en&nbsp;<strong>Pijijiapan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Alumna denuncia acoso sexual durante su graduaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una&nbsp;<strong>alumna<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>preparatoria<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;Chiapas&nbsp;<strong>denunci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;durante la clausura del ciclo escolar 2024-2025 ser v\u00edctima de&nbsp;<strong>acoso sexual<\/strong>&nbsp;por parte de un&nbsp;<strong>maestro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>De la plantilla docente que labora en esta escuela una gran parte de maestros son hombres, y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ser hombres son acosadores\u201d, dijo ante compa\u00f1eros, maestros y personal administrativo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"embed-twitter\"><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">\u00a1Joven valiente alza la voz! <br>Durante la clausura escolar en la Preparatoria \u201cFelipe Carrillo Puerto\u201d de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Pijijiapan?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Pijijiapan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Chiapas?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Chiapas<\/a>, una alumna interrumpi\u00f3 el evento para denunciar p\u00fablicamente el acoso por parte de maestros.<br><br>Varias compa\u00f1eras levantaron la mano en se\u00f1al de apoyo,\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/2hsyJn3t29\">pic.twitter.com\/2hsyJn3t29<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Rosa Lilia Torres- Noticias (@rosaliliatorrs) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rosaliliatorrs\/status\/1945845194307297681?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 17, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la viralizaci\u00f3n de la denuncia p\u00fablica, la abogada Lourdes Wong detall\u00f3 que la adolescente v\u00edctima ya hab\u00eda denunciado los hechos ante las autoridades pertinentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Presentamos una querella el d\u00eda 5 de abril de 2025 ante la Fiscal\u00eda de Distrito Istmo Costa, con sede en Pijijiapan, Chiapas. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n una queja formal ante la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica en la ciudad de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, fue recibida con fecha 9 de abril de 2025\u2033, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detienen a maestro que acos\u00f3 sexualmente a alumna en Chiapas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Chiapas\u00a0inform\u00f3\u00a0la\u00a0<strong>detenci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong>maestro Jos\u00e9 Heriberto\u00a0<\/strong>N., se\u00f1alado por la alumna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Existe la responsabilidad por parte del maestro por los delitos de hostigamiento sexual y acoso sexual, cometidos en agravio de la joven\u201d, refiri\u00f3 el fiscal Jorge Luis Llaven.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El docente fue&nbsp;<strong>detenido<\/strong>&nbsp;en la ciudad de&nbsp;<strong>Tapachula de C\u00f3rdova y Ordo\u00f1ez<\/strong>, y trasladado al penal de Tonal\u00e1 para ser puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad pertinente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
