Ya hab\u00eda estado preso por abuso infantil.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El lunes 21 de julio fue detenido Kevin Josu\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d, presunto responsable del feminicidio de\u00a0<strong>Karla<\/strong>, ocurrido el pasado 12 de julio en la colonia Balcones de Oblatos, en Guadalajara. El arresto fue confirmado por el gobernador de Jalisco, Pablo Lemus, quien afirm\u00f3 que en la entidad se aplicar\u00e1 justicia ante este crimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso gener\u00f3 indignaci\u00f3n tras la difusi\u00f3n de un video que muestra el momento en que la joven fue agredida con un rifle tipo AR-15. La grabaci\u00f3n evidencia que Karla fue sorprendida en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica por un hombre armado, quien tras una discusi\u00f3n extrajo el arma de su veh\u00edculo y dispar\u00f3 en tres ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Kevin Josu\u00e9 y cu\u00e1les son sus antecedentes penales?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin Josu\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d ya hab\u00eda sido detenido anteriormente. Estuvo recluido en el penal de Puente Grande por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en una pandilla conocida como los \u201cPorkys de Oblatos\u201d, vinculada a delitos de abuso sexual infantil. Otros siete implicados en el mismo caso fueron liberados por supuestas irregularidades en sus detenciones. En ese momento, el hoy acusado declar\u00f3 ser vecino de la colonia Lomas de Oblatos y que trabajaba en un taller de laminado y pintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo ocurri\u00f3 el feminicidio de Karla en Guadalajara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La madrugada del s\u00e1bado 12 de julio,\u00a0<strong>Karla<\/strong>\u00a0fue atacada afuera de su domicilio en la colonia Balcones de Oblatos. En el video del crimen se observa que la joven discute con un hombre, quien despu\u00e9s abre su camioneta Chevrolet Equinox blanca, saca un rifle y realiza tres disparos: dos al aire para intimidarla y uno directo contra ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente se inform\u00f3 que el agresor era expareja de la v\u00edctima, pero sus familiares lo desmintieron. De acuerdo con declaraciones de colectivos feministas, Kevin acosaba previamente a Karla con la intenci\u00f3n de iniciar una relaci\u00f3n sentimental que ella rechaz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Jalisco confirm\u00f3 que el arma utilizada en el ataque fue un rifle AR-15, considerado de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito, seg\u00fan la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datos clave del caso Karla y Kevin Josu\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El crimen ocurri\u00f3 la madrugada del 12 de julio en Guadalajara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El arma utilizada fue un AR-15 de uso exclusivo militar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kevin Josu\u00e9 ya hab\u00eda estado preso por abuso infantil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La v\u00edctima fue asesinada frente a su domicilio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El video del ataque se hizo viral en redes sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La camioneta del agresor fue abandonada en Tlajomulco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colectivos feministas se\u00f1alan que Karla era acosada previamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las autoridades realizaron al menos cuatro cateos antes de su captura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reacci\u00f3n de autoridades al feminicidio de Karla y colectivos feministas tras la detenci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador Pablo Lemus asegur\u00f3 que en Jalisco se castigar\u00e1 este tipo de cr\u00edmenes con firmeza. Su vocera, Cinthya Rodr\u00edguez, declar\u00f3 que Kevin insist\u00eda en tener una relaci\u00f3n con ella pese a su rechazo. Lamentaron tambi\u00e9n que las autoridades mencionaran que la joven no hab\u00eda presentado denuncias previas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n de Kevin Josu\u00e9 representa un paso relevante en la investigaci\u00f3n del feminicidio de Karla, un caso que ha generado indignaci\u00f3n social por la violencia del ataque y los antecedentes del agresor.
