Ver. 26 de junio de 2025.-<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de una Iniciativa presentada por el diputado Fernando Yunes M\u00e1rquez integrante del Grupo Legislativo del PAN se propuso regular el uso de tel\u00e9fonos celulares en los centros escolares para proteger a los menores de edad de contenidos inapropiados y da\u00f1inos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta legislativa detalla que, debido a la falta de madurez f\u00edsica y mental, las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os requieren de medidas legales que aseguren la protecci\u00f3n de su integridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Constituci\u00f3n y los tratados internacionales reconocen la necesidad de protecci\u00f3n especial y cuidados adecuados, mediante medidas legislativas y administrativas, bajo el principio rector del inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el documento se establece que las y los menores podr\u00e1n llevar el dispositivo al centro escolar, lo que no podr\u00e1n es utilizar los equipos dentro de las instalaciones, solo en las ocasiones en las que el docente lo establezca como apoyo pedag\u00f3gico o did\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la iniciativa considera que los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes se han vuelto una herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n para que padres y madres de familia puedan monitorear a sus hijos durante el trayecto a la escuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, diversos estudios han identificado efectos negativos derivados del mal uso de la tecnolog\u00eda en los menores con sobreexposici\u00f3n a los celulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos de ellos son: dificultades para concentrarse, trastornos del sue\u00f1o como el insomnio, depresi\u00f3n, agresividad y bajo rendimiento escolar, lo que se traduce en dificultades acad\u00e9micas por falta de concentraci\u00f3n, estr\u00e9s, problemas de sue\u00f1o y desinter\u00e9s en la interacci\u00f3n escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propuesta legislativa se consideraron los riesgos de contenidos no apropiados como, pornograf\u00eda, violencia, discursos de odio, desinformaci\u00f3n, contactos peligrosos, entre otros peligros a los que se exponen las y los menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los diputados del Grupo Legislativo del PAN seguir\u00e1n en comunicaci\u00f3n con los grupos de padres, madres y maestros para dar seguimiento a la iniciativa que refleja la preocupaci\u00f3n de la
