{"id":50088,"date":"2025-06-24T13:03:05","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T19:03:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=50088"},"modified":"2025-06-24T13:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T19:03:12","slug":"sedena-oculta-el-nombre-de-los-militares-que-construiran-el-tren-mexico-queretaro-manejaran-un-presupuesto-de-144-mmdp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=50088","title":{"rendered":"SEDENA oculta el nombre de los militares que construir\u00e1n el tren M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro, manejar\u00e1n un presupuesto de 144 mmdp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Ej\u00e9rcito afirm\u00f3 que publicar esta informaci\u00f3n \u00abpotencializa poner en riesgo la vida, salud y seguridad\u201d del personal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ej\u00e9rcito no revelar\u00e1 qui\u00e9nes son los<strong>&nbsp;ingenieros militares&nbsp;<\/strong>que se encargar\u00e1n de la&nbsp;<strong>construcci\u00f3n del tren M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro&nbsp;<\/strong>y que manejar\u00e1n un presupuesto inicial de 144 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante una solicitud de informaci\u00f3n realizada por<em>&nbsp;Latinus&nbsp;<\/em>para conocer los nombres de los encargados de los frentes de obra, la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) decidi\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>ocultar la informaci\u00f3n por cinco a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHacer p\u00fablico el nombre del personal militar potencializa poner en<strong>&nbsp;riesgo su vida, su salud y su seguridad<\/strong>\u201d, establece la resoluci\u00f3n del comit\u00e9 de transparencia de la Sedena al justificar la reserva de la informaci\u00f3n sobre los funcionarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nueva cuenta, el Ej\u00e9rcito oculta los nombres de sus ingenieros involucrados en construcciones p\u00fablicas. Lo hizo hace a\u00f1os con el Aeropuerto Internacional Felipe \u00c1ngeles (<strong>AIFA<\/strong>) y con la nueva<strong>&nbsp;terminal a\u00e9rea de Tulum<\/strong>, en Quintana Roo, obras en las que en conjunto se invirtieron m\u00e1s de 100 mil millones de pesos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023 el extinto Instituto Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n (INAI) orden\u00f3 al Ej\u00e9rcito proporcionar los nombres de los militares que construyeron el aeropuerto de Tulum, al considerar que&nbsp;<strong>su difusi\u00f3n no pon\u00eda en riesgo<\/strong>&nbsp;su vida, seguridad o salud, como lo hab\u00eda argumentado la Sedena para no entregar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos ingenieros militares, que son los mismos que construyeron el AIFA, se vieron&nbsp;<strong>beneficiados por un amparo judicial<\/strong>&nbsp;que les permiti\u00f3 no cumplir con la resoluci\u00f3n del INAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 27 de abril la presidenta<strong>&nbsp;Claudia Sheinbaum&nbsp;<\/strong>anunci\u00f3 oficialmente la construcci\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>tren M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro&nbsp;<\/strong>y confirm\u00f3 que los ingenieros militares se encargar\u00e1n de ejecutar la obra a trav\u00e9s de 12 frentes de construcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como un frente de estudios y otro frente de estudios t\u00e9cnicos de acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>tren M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro&nbsp;<\/strong>es una obra que se anunci\u00f3 en la administraci\u00f3n del priista&nbsp;<strong>Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto&nbsp;<\/strong>y fue cancelada en 2014 en medio de la revelaci\u00f3n del reportaje \u201cLa Casa Blanca\u201d, una lujosa residencia en la que viv\u00eda su entonces esposa, Ang\u00e9lica Rivera, y que era propiedad de un contratista gubernamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de cancelar este tren tuvo un costo para el erario de, al menos, 23.1 millones de pesos, los cuales fueron pagados a la empresa<strong>&nbsp;China Railway Construction Corporation Limited&nbsp;<\/strong>por concepto de gastos no recuperables, de acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de transparencia obtenida por&nbsp;<em>Latinus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>LatinUS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
