{"id":49949,"date":"2025-06-19T19:08:43","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T01:08:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=49949"},"modified":"2025-06-19T19:08:49","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T01:08:49","slug":"exhorta-diputada-daniela-flores-a-cumplir-con-la-ley-de-transito-y-seguridad-vial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=49949","title":{"rendered":"Exhorta diputada Daniela Flores a cumplir con la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022\u2060 \u2060Convoca la legisladora a los Ayuntamientos para que implementen acciones que garanticen la seguridad de motociclistas y transe\u00fantes.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 19 de junio de 2025.-<\/strong> La diputada local Daniela Flores Barnils exhort\u00f3 a los Ayuntamientos para aplicar la ley en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes, uso de tecnolog\u00eda y concientizaci\u00f3n ciudadana. \u201cA los motociclistas les reitero, usen casco certificado, respeten los l\u00edmites de velocidad y conduzcan con responsabilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora present\u00f3 al Pleno un Anteproyecto con Punto de Acuerdo, por el cual exhorta a los 212 Ayuntamientos de la entidad para que, en el marco de sus atribuciones, implementen acciones para garantizar la seguridad de las y los conductores motociclistas y transe\u00fantes, as\u00ed como dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en las Leyes Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre y de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial para el Estado de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n en la octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, manifest\u00f3 que este exhorto es para que los Ayuntamientos apliquen la ley en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes, uso de tecnolog\u00eda y concientizaci\u00f3n ciudadana. \u201cA los motociclistas les reitero, usen casco certificado, respeten los l\u00edmites de velocidad y conduzcan con responsabilidad\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que ha constatado las condiciones de seguridad vial en que viajan personas que se transportan en motocicletas en tramos carreteros como la que conecta a Boca del R\u00edo con Catemaco, pasando por Alvarado, Lerdo de Tejada, \u00c1ngel R. Cabada, Santiago Tuxtla y San Andr\u00e9s Tuxtla. As\u00ed como en la zona conurbada Veracruz-Boca del R\u00edo-Medell\u00edn de Bravo, \u201cse percibe en estos un alto grado de incumplimiento con la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora extern\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con datos del Programa de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito Causado por Accidentes Viales, de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), en el estado de Veracruz ocurren al a\u00f1o alrededor de 10 mil accidentes viales y que en m\u00e1s de la mitad de estos se ven involucrados motociclistas, provocando aproximadamente 750 muertes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que dicho programa indica que en el 60 por ciento de los accidentes donde hay motociclistas involucrados, existen v\u00edctimas con lesiones o fallecimientos, mientras que, en accidentes de autom\u00f3vil, esa proporci\u00f3n baja al 15 por ciento. \u201cLos riesgos de morir o lesionarse en motocicleta son cuatro veces mayores que en autom\u00f3vil. Adem\u00e1s, los accidentes en motocicleta est\u00e1n entre las cinco principales causas de muerte\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
