{"id":49207,"date":"2025-05-29T12:18:27","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T18:18:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=49207"},"modified":"2025-05-29T12:18:33","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T18:18:33","slug":"congreso-ya-discutiria-reforma-que-modifica-permanencia-de-veronica-hernandez-en-la-fge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=49207","title":{"rendered":"Congreso ya discutir\u00eda reforma que modifica permanencia de Ver\u00f3nica Hern\u00e1ndez en la FGE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ser\u00eda en el mes de junio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Antes de que concluya el periodo legislativo, se podr\u00eda discutir la reforma con la que se modificar\u00eda el proceso de designaci\u00f3n y el periodo de la titular de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior lo inform\u00f3 la diputada presidenta de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso Local, Tanya Carola Viveros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn este periodo es algo que tiene que salir porque ya lo estamos arrastrando desde el periodo pasado. Es indiscutible que es necesario pasar esta reforma que proponemos y hacer una revisi\u00f3n general (\u2026) La fiscal\u00eda es uno de los grandes reclamos que persiste entre la poblaci\u00f3n, es much\u00edsimo lo que tiene por atender, pero es mucho tambi\u00e9n lo que est\u00e1 haciendo falta y hay que ir revisando y concentr\u00e1ndonos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada presidenta consider\u00f3 que es necesario que se haga una revisi\u00f3n al actuar de la Fiscal\u00eda y se puedan tomar medidas al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
