Patricia Ch\u00e1vez.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> De acuerdo a estad\u00edsticas de las sentencias que se emiten ante el Poder Judicial de un 100 por ciento, la materia familiar s\u00f3lo tiene representaci\u00f3n en un 54.3 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a con cocer Martha Patricia Ch\u00e1vez Consuegra candidata a jueza de primera instancia, especializada en materia de familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cF\u00edjense que precisamente checando el portal de transparencia del Poder Judicial del Estado de Veracruz, seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas de las sentencias que se emiten de un 100 por ciento, la materia familiar tiene un 54.3, 54.3 por ciento, lo dem\u00e1s est\u00e1 dividido en materia civil, materia mercantil, materia laboral, materia mixta y materia constitucional\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, habl\u00f3 que es importante que la persona que llegue a ser jueza de lo familiar conozca sobre el tema, pues de no hacerlo la atenci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n judicial bajar\u00eda a\u00fan m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor eso es tan importante que haya m\u00e1s gente capacitada, gente que est\u00e9 actualizada en materia familiar, hoy por hoy tenemos el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares que entra en vigor aqu\u00ed en Veracruz el primero de abril, por eso me estoy capacitando, porque ya va a ser una justicia m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, m\u00e1s pronta y m\u00e1s expedita\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La candidata a jueza enfatiz\u00f3 que la materia de familia tiene un abanico muy extenso porque trata temas muy sensibles, por lo que debe de llegar una persona honesta, imparcial y con una firme convicci\u00f3n de que debe de tomar decisiones firmes porque est\u00e1s manejando familias, vidas, personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
