Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Corte Civil de Florida<\/strong>&nbsp;dict\u00f3 sentencia contra el extitular de Seguridad mexicano,&nbsp;<strong>Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna<\/strong>, y su esposa,&nbsp;<strong>Linda Cristina Pereyra<\/strong>, por su participaci\u00f3n en un<strong>&nbsp;esquema ilegal<\/strong>&nbsp;durante los sexenios de Felipe Calder\u00f3n y Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza civil Lisa Walsh en Miami apunt\u00f3 que Garc\u00eda Luna debe pagar un total de&nbsp;<strong>748 millones 829 mil 626 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>&nbsp;, mientras que Pereyra pagar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>mil 740 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Hace unos minutos esta Corte Civil de Miami ha dictado sentencia contra Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna&nbsp; por 748 millones 829 mil 626 d\u00f3lares y a su esposa Linda Cristina Pereyra por mil 740 millones 540 mil de d\u00f3lares\u201d, detall\u00f3 la periodista&nbsp;<strong>Peniley Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>&nbsp;para el noticiero de Azucena Uresti en Grupo F\u00f3rmula.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDinero que ambos van a tener que pagar porque es el dinero que se considera que robaron al gobierno mexicano a trav\u00e9s de un esquema ilegal en el que se hicieron contratos con el Gobierno mexicano y buena parte de ese dinero termin\u00f3 lav\u00e1ndose en Miami\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se apunt\u00f3 que durante el proceso legal en EE.UU., tanto el exfuncionario federal como su esposa les han sido decomisado diversos inmuebles, los cuales se han vendido y el dinero se le ha otorgado al Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que significa es todo el dinero que Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna y su esposa pueda tener en un futuro es un dinero que tendr\u00e1n que pagar al Gobierno mexicano\u201d, indic\u00f3 Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2021, M\u00e9xico demand\u00f3 a 57 empresas y personas, entre ellas Garc\u00eda Luna, su esposa, adem\u00e1s de aliados de negocios, por adquirir diversos bienes a trav\u00e9s de dinero obtenido de contratos y contrataciones ilegales con el Gobierno mexicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda Luna se encuentra preso en la penitenciar\u00eda del condado de Lee, en Virginia, donde cumple su sentencia de 39 a\u00f1os, luego de serf encontrado culpable de varios delitos relacionados con narcotr\u00e1fico en la corte federal de Brooklyn, en
