{"id":48643,"date":"2025-05-14T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48643"},"modified":"2025-05-14T23:56:33","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T05:56:33","slug":"la-seguridad-no-debe-seguir-siendo-un-problema-en-xalapa-roman-moreno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48643","title":{"rendered":"La seguridad no debe seguir siendo un problema en Xalapa: Rom\u00e1n Moreno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El candidato de MC propone m\u00e1s elementos polic\u00edacos con mejor salario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de enfrentar el problema de la inseguridad que afecta a distintas zonas de la capital veracruzana, Rom\u00e1n Moreno, candidato a la alcald\u00eda de Xalapa por Movimiento Ciudadano, present\u00f3 una propuesta de seguridad centrada en la participaci\u00f3n activa de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En reuni\u00f3n con integrantes del colectivo Otero Ciudadano, Moreno destac\u00f3 que uno de los principales reclamos de la poblaci\u00f3n es la falta de seguridad, por lo que consider\u00f3 urgente implementar un modelo que involucre directamente a los vecinos en la construcci\u00f3n de entornos m\u00e1s seguros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNecesitamos m\u00e1s elementos, mejor capacitados y con salarios dignos, pero tambi\u00e9n necesitamos que las y los ciudadanos se sientan parte de la soluci\u00f3n. La seguridad se construye entre todas y todos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre sus propuestas, el aspirante mencion\u00f3 el incremento del n\u00famero de polic\u00edas municipales, acompa\u00f1ado de mejoras salariales y programas de capacitaci\u00f3n continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de comit\u00e9s vecinales de vigilancia, la aplicaci\u00f3n de pruebas de control y confianza, el reforzamiento de los patrullajes en zonas con alta incidencia delictiva y la modernizaci\u00f3n de la polic\u00eda municipal, con \u00e9nfasis en la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y el respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa tranquilidad no debe ser un privilegio, sino un derecho\u201d, subray\u00f3 Rom\u00e1n Moreno, al tiempo que se comprometi\u00f3 a trabajar para que todas las personas, tanto en colonias como en congregaciones, vivan sin miedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas familias de Xalapa no merecen vivir en la incertidumbre.
