afiliados, de los cuales un 87 por ciento son permanentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>empleo formal<\/strong>&nbsp;en M\u00e9xico creci\u00f3 0.2 por ciento interanual en los cuatro primeros meses de 2025, con la creaci\u00f3n de 179 mil 289 puestos de enero a abril, revel\u00f3 el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este resultado, suman 22.42 millones de trabajadores afiliados al IMSS, de los cuales un 87 por ciento son permanentes, detall\u00f3 el organismo en su&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/prensa\/archivo\/202505\/220\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reporte m\u00e1s reciente<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector&nbsp;<strong>comercio<\/strong>&nbsp;lider\u00f3 los avances con un aumento del 2.3 por ciento interanual en el empleo formal; seguido de la el\u00e9ctrica con 2.1 por ciento; y servicios sociales y comunales con 1.6 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la mayor parte de los nuevos puestos de trabajo se registraron en el\u00a0Estado de M\u00e9xico, seguido por <strong>Colima<\/strong>, <strong>Hidalgo<\/strong> y <strong>Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, con aumentos anuales mayores al 2.5 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En abril, sin embargo, hubo una disminuci\u00f3n de 47 mil 442 nuevos&nbsp;<strong>empleos formales<\/strong>, debido al \u201cefecto de Semana Santa\u201d, seg\u00fan precis\u00f3 el organismo en su informe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el&nbsp;<strong>salario base<\/strong>&nbsp;de cotizaci\u00f3n promedio en el IMSS ascendi\u00f3 a 662.9 pesos diarios, un aumento nominal del 7.6 por ciento interanual, por lo que es \u201cel quinto m\u00e1s alto registrado de los \u00faltimos 23 a\u00f1os considerando solo los meses de abril\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde enero de 2019, el salario base de cotizaci\u00f3n mantiene aumentos anuales nominales iguales o superiores al 6 por ciento\u201d, detall\u00f3 el reporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el IMSS es el principal indicador del trabajo formal en M\u00e9xico, analistas argumentan que presenta un retrato parcial porque en el pa\u00eds casi un 55 por ciento de la fuerza laboral es informal, seg\u00fan el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi), que sit\u00faa la tasa de desempleo en un 2.5 por ciento, cerca del m\u00ednimo hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Con informaci\u00f3n de EFE<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
