{"id":48294,"date":"2025-05-07T12:01:05","date_gmt":"2025-05-07T18:01:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48294"},"modified":"2025-05-07T12:11:00","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T18:11:00","slug":"mexico-no-esta-preparado-para-reduccion-de-horario-laboral-de-40-horas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48294","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico no est\u00e1 preparado para reducci\u00f3n de horario laboral de 40 horas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>M\u00e9xico no esta preparado para implementar la reducci\u00f3n de horas laborales a 40 por semana, pues hay lugares en donde tienen turnos de hasta 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo declar\u00f3 el presidente del Consejo Empresarial Metropolitano, Fernando Arana Watty, quien dijo que de aplicarse dicha medida van a requerir m\u00e1s personal pues los turnos ahora ser\u00edan s\u00f3lo de seis horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreemos que va a bajar un poco la productividad, tenemos que ver que tambi\u00e9n tenemos mucha industria que trabaja 24 horas al d\u00eda y bueno, habr\u00eda que hacer un cambio en los horarios de turnos de 6 horas para que pueda seguir trabajando\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El empresario xalape\u00f1o mencion\u00f3 que en el caso de los trabajadores norcturnos van a tener que invertir para moverse, lo que no ser\u00eda tampoco una buena opci\u00f3n para ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlg\u00fan cambio de turno va a estar entre las 11 de la noche y las 4 de la ma\u00f1ana forzosamente y a esa hora no tenemos transporte p\u00fablico, no tenemos calles seguras, tenemos colonias realmente inseguras para poderlas caminar o andar movi\u00e9ndose ya sea cualquier trabajador, sea hombre o mujer. Por lo tanto creo que nos falta prepararnos un poco m\u00e1s para este cambio\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;Gobierno de M\u00e9xico&nbsp;anunci\u00f3 la instauraci\u00f3n paulatina de la&nbsp;jornada laboral de 40 horas semanales&nbsp;, que reducir\u00e1 gradualmente la actual semana laboral de 48 horas, con el objetivo de&nbsp;implementarla a m\u00e1s tardar en enero de 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este anuncio fue realizado el&nbsp;1 de mayo de 2025, D\u00eda Internacional del Trabajo, en una reuni\u00f3n en&nbsp;Palacio Nacional&nbsp;con la presencia de la presidenta&nbsp;Claudia Sheinbaum&nbsp;y el secretario del Trabajo,&nbsp;Marath Bola\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
