{"id":48003,"date":"2025-04-28T22:34:27","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T04:34:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48003"},"modified":"2025-04-28T22:34:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T04:34:37","slug":"busca-congreso-ampliar-atribuciones-legales-para-el-delito-de-encubrimiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=48003","title":{"rendered":"Busca Congreso ampliar atribuciones legales para el delito de encubrimiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diputadas Tanya Carola Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro y Astrid S\u00e1nchez Moguel analizan en mesa de trabajo con colectivos, Poder Judicial, CEDHV e IVM, una propuesta de iniciativa contra este delito.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 28 de abril de 2025.-<\/strong> Con la finalidad de incorporar en el C\u00f3digo Penal del estado diversas disposiciones que permitan ampliar las causales y sanciones en relaci\u00f3n con el delito de encubrimiento por favorecimiento, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva de la LXVII Legislatura, diputada Tanya Carola Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro y la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, legisladora Astrid S\u00e1nchez Moguel, iniciaron los trabajos para el an\u00e1lisis de una propuesta de iniciativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al agradecer la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades del Poder Judicial, de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Veracruz (CEDHV), del Instituto Veracruzano de las Mujeres (IVM), integrantes de colectivos feministas y especialistas en el tema, la legisladora Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro expres\u00f3 que las aportaciones t\u00e9cnicas realizadas por cada una de las partes involucradas contribuir\u00e1 a enriquecer la propuesta de reforma que ser\u00e1 presentada en su momento ente el Pleno de la LXVII Legislatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n, la diputada Astrid S\u00e1nchez Moguel indic\u00f3 que las contribuciones referidas por los expertos y colectivos, ser\u00e1n tomadas en cuenta para ser estudiadas, y en su caso, integradas al proyecto de iniciativa, para que en un pr\u00f3ximo encuentro, ser nuevamente analizadas por todas las partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi bien estamos avanzando a\u00fan hay un rezago en cuanto a este tema y a esta lucha que se viene dando durante muchos a\u00f1os. Estamos trabajando de manera coordinada para darle voz a los colectivos y grupos que muchas veces son silenciados o segregados\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la legisladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n estuvieron presentes, en representaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial de Veracruz, el magistrado Esteban Mart\u00ednez V\u00e1zquez; el secretario general de Acuerdos, Gerardo Escobedo Garc\u00eda; el secretario de Estudio y Cuenta de la Primera Sala en materia Penal, Jos\u00e9 Iv\u00e1n Cruz Dur\u00e1n; el director de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Veracruz (CEDHV), Miguel \u00c1ngel C\u00f3rdova \u00c1lvarez; la directora del Instituto Veracruzano de las Mujeres (IVM), Zaira Fabiola del Toro Olivares y v\u00eda remota del Observatorio Ciudadano Nacional del Feminicidio, Metzeri \u00c1vila San Mart\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, integrantes de las colectivas Akelarre AC, Colmena Verde, Sobrevivientes de Feminicidio AC, Radio Defensoras, Pro Mujeres Veracruz, Red Nacional de Defensoras, Red Jacaranda, entre otros, as\u00ed como asesores y personal administrativo del Poder Legislativo de Veracruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
