{"id":47528,"date":"2025-04-15T09:47:11","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T15:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=47528"},"modified":"2025-04-15T09:47:16","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T15:47:16","slug":"vivienda-para-el-bienestar-2025-asi-seran-los-inmuebles-que-construye-el-gobierno-de-claudia-sheinbaum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=47528","title":{"rendered":"Vivienda para el Bienestar 2025: as\u00ed ser\u00e1n los inmuebles que construye el Gobierno de Claudia Sheinbaum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se estiman crear un mill\u00f3n 100 mil viviendas nuevas para el final del sexenio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del&nbsp;<strong>Plan M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, un proyecto de largo plazo que busca impulsar el desarrollo del pa\u00eds, se considera con el programa&nbsp;<strong>\u201cViviendas para el bienestar\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;la construcci\u00f3n de un mill\u00f3n 100 mil&nbsp;<strong>viviendas<\/strong>&nbsp;nuevas y un mill\u00f3n 550 mil apoyos\/cr\u00e9ditos de mejoramientos. Se estima tener un n\u00famero de 113.1 millones de beneficiarios y una derrama econ\u00f3mica de 1.1 billones de pesos a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa tiene proyectada la construcci\u00f3n de 186 mil viviendas para el 2025 y se han iniciado obras en Los Cabos (Baja California), Cajeme (Sonora), Tekax (Yucat\u00e1n), Guadalupe (Zacatecas), San Francisco de los Romo (Aguascalientes) y otros varios estados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual modo, el programa se hizo teniendo en mente otros&nbsp;<strong>proyectos<\/strong>&nbsp;prioritarios de desarrollo como el Tren Maya, el Tren AIFA-Pachuca, el Dos Bocas as\u00ed como con el Plan L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas y un impulso muy fuerte en la zona Oriente del Estado de M\u00e9xico donde se han entregado 50 mil&nbsp;<strong>mejoramientos<\/strong>&nbsp;de vivienda, con 50 mil adicionales por entregar entre abril y mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento se han iniciado 86 mil537 viviendas para poblaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>no derechohabiente<\/strong>\u00a0de febrero a mayo y, de abril a mayo, ya comenz\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 51 mil 635 para los\u00a0<strong>derechohabientes<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se intervendr\u00e1n 78 predios en donde se construir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 31 mil hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la convocatoria para acceder a este programa social?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>registro<\/strong>&nbsp;de solicitantes se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en los m\u00f3dulos instalados en los pol\u00edgonos de atenci\u00f3n prioritaria y se tendr\u00e1 especial atenci\u00f3n en los pueblos, colonias, barrios y zonas de poblaci\u00f3n de muy alta marginaci\u00f3n. Las direcciones espec\u00edficas ser\u00e1n publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para<strong>&nbsp;publicitar<\/strong>&nbsp;el programa se utilizar\u00e1n medios como carteles informativos, el sitio de internet de la CONAVI, asambleas informativas y visitas domiciliarias. Posteriormente se har\u00e1 un diagn\u00f3stico en uno de los m\u00f3dulos instalados o en un sitio determinado, si se hace un balance que amerite la incorporaci\u00f3n a \u201cViviendas para el Bienestar\u201d se integrar\u00e1 al proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La regularizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades es parte del programa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han regularizado m\u00e1s de 9 mil&nbsp;<strong>escrituras<\/strong>&nbsp;en todo el pa\u00eds, el Estado de M\u00e9xico es el que m\u00e1s se ha beneficiado de este aspecto del programa ya que se han normalizado 1 mil 623 t\u00edtulos de propiedad (le sigue Oaxaca con 1 mil 166) y en la entidad mexiquense hay actualmente 255 mil 800 lotes en proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De abril a mayo de este a\u00f1o, a nivel nacional, hay 22 mil 266 viviendas con contrato firmado, 19 mil 489 con contrato en proceso de asignaci\u00f3n y 9 mil 880 con contrato en proceso de asignaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
