tecnolog\u00edas limpias.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2022 Un Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico cuidar\u00e1 el cumplimiento de este \u00f3rgano.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., jueves 10 de abril de 2025.\u2013<\/strong>&nbsp;Con el compromiso de transformar la movilidad en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n, la gobernadora Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda expidi\u00f3 el Decreto para la constituci\u00f3n de un fideicomiso p\u00fablico, irrevocable, de administraci\u00f3n, inversi\u00f3n y pagos para la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema de transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este instrumento permitir\u00e1 al Gobierno del Estado contar con una estructura eficiente y transparente para canalizar y aplicar recursos p\u00fablicos y privados destinados a la renovaci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre sus principales objetivos se encuentran la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevas unidades, la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas limpias y el fortalecimiento de la seguridad y la calidad del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Fideicomiso proporcionar\u00e1 certeza jur\u00eddica y operativa al sector transportista mediante esquemas de financiamiento que faciliten la sustituci\u00f3n de unidades obsoletas por veh\u00edculos m\u00e1s modernos, menos contaminantes y con mayor eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n contempla la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas inteligentes que contribuyan a optimizar la movilidad urbana y mejorar la experiencia de las y los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El patrimonio del Fideicomiso se integrar\u00e1 por las aportaciones que realice el Gobierno del Estado, as\u00ed como por los recursos que ingresen al Fondo Estatal del Transporte; considerar\u00e1 ingresos derivados del uso y aprovechamiento de bienes relacionados con el transporte; recursos provenientes de derechos, productos, aprovechamientos y multas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para supervisar su adecuada operaci\u00f3n, se integrar\u00e1 un Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico conformado por los titulares de las secretar\u00edas de Gobierno; Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n; Seguridad P\u00fablica; Contralor\u00eda General del Estado; as\u00ed como de la Oficina del Programa de Gobierno, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Transporte del Estado, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n, y un representante del sector transportista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
