Judicial con la finalidad de tomar medidas correctivas en casos de homonimias o duplicidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 09 de abril de 2025.- <\/strong>Con la finalidad de informar a los Poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial de Veracruz los listados de las personas que aspiran a un cargo en el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n y para realizar lo conducente en casos de duplicidad u homonimias, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva de la LXVII Legislatura, diputada Tanya Carola Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro, se reuni\u00f3 con el vocal ejecutivo de la Junta Local del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) en Veracruz, Josu\u00e9 Cervantes Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los listados referidos responden a los seis cargos federales relativos a Ministras y Ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN); integrantes del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial; Magistraturas de la Sala Superior y de las Salas Regionales del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, a Magistraturas de Circuito y Juezas y Jueces de Distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En presencia de la Consejera presidenta del Organismo P\u00fablico Local Electoral del Estado de Veracruz (OPLE), Marisol Alicia Delgadillo Morales, el representante del INE Veracruz, explic\u00f3 a la legisladora que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el organismo electoral, realizan un cotejo de las listas de candidaturas federales con las locales, para identificar alguna eventualidad derivada de duplicidad u homonimias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, Cervantes Mart\u00ednez detall\u00f3 que de encontrarse alguno de estos casos, debe iniciarse un procedimiento de correcci\u00f3n, para que, seg\u00fan el caso, se determine si se trata de personas distintas, o bien, dijo, hacer el llamado al candidato para que opte por alguno de los dos cargos a los que aspira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, Viveros Ch\u00e1zaro destac\u00f3 la importancia de esta comunicaci\u00f3n de los Poderes con los organismos electorales, toda vez que, de presentarse alguna de estas circunstancias, las instancias proponentes deber\u00e1n ejecutar los procedimientos de ley para la sustituci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan candidato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Congreso se encargar\u00e1 de remitir esta informaci\u00f3n a los Poderes Ejecutivo y Judicial y explicarles estas situaciones que pudieran presentarse y encontrar los mecanismos que permita atenderlas\u201d, finaliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
