automotriz&nbsp;<strong>Stellantis<\/strong>&nbsp;inform\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>suspender\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;de forma temporal la&nbsp;<strong>producci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<strong>plantas<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Canad\u00e1<\/strong>, tras los&nbsp;<strong>aranceles<\/strong>&nbsp;anunciados por<strong>&nbsp;Estados Unidos<\/strong>&nbsp;a veh\u00edculos fabricados en el extranjero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda, propietaria de&nbsp;<strong>Chrysler, Jeep y Dodge<\/strong>,&nbsp; confirm\u00f3 que a consecuencia de los aranceles de EE.UU. al sector del autom\u00f3vil tiene que pausar \u201cde forma inmediata\u201d la producci\u00f3n en la planta (canadiense) de Windsor, medida que se ampliar\u00e1 a otros centros de trabajo en Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAcciones inmediatas tienen que ser adoptadas, incluido la pausa temporal de la producci\u00f3n en algunas de nuestras plantas de montaje canadienses y mexicanas, lo que impactar\u00e1 a varias de nuestras instalaciones de ejes motor y estampado en EE.UU.\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Stellantis en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stellantis prev\u00e9 reiniciar la producci\u00f3n en Windsor, Canad\u00e1, el 21 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado de la pausa en la producci\u00f3n, cerca de 900 empleados tendr\u00e1n un expediente de regulaci\u00f3n temporal de empleo en varios centros de trabajo en EE.UU., mientras que unos cuatro mil 500 trabajadores ser\u00e1n despedidos temporalmente durante dos semanas a partir del lunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un portavoz de la compa\u00f1\u00eda detall\u00f3 a CNBC los trabajadores de la planta de M\u00e9xico seguir\u00e1n report\u00e1ndose a las instalaciones, pero no producir\u00e1n veh\u00edculos debido a sus t\u00e9rminos contractuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico evitaron los aranceles anunciados ayer por el presidente de Estados Unidos,\u00a0<strong>Donald\u00a0Trump<\/strong>, los grav\u00e1menes al sector del autom\u00f3vil establecidos la semana pasada entraron en vigor este jueves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los aranceles tasan con un 25 por ciento los veh\u00edculos y partes no fabricados en Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico, que est\u00e1n asociados con el tratado de libre comercio T-MEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero los grav\u00e1menes tambi\u00e9n establecen una complicada f\u00f3rmula para imponer grav\u00e1menes a las partes utilizadas en Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico para producir veh\u00edculos si tienen contenido producido fuera de Norteam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
