{"id":47080,"date":"2025-04-02T19:07:14","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T01:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=47080"},"modified":"2025-04-02T19:07:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T01:07:22","slug":"aplicara-ayuntamiento-de-xalapa-descuentos-en-pago-del-predial-y-limpia-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=47080","title":{"rendered":"Aplicar\u00e1 Ayuntamiento de Xalapa descuentos en pago del Predial y Limpia P\u00fablica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inician programas de condonaci\u00f3n de recargos y multas; beneficios tambi\u00e9n se har\u00e1n efectivos en el Refrendo comercial.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En apoyo a las familias y con el fin de contribuir a la regularizaci\u00f3n de la actividad comercial en el municipio, a partir este mes y hasta el 30 de septiembre, el Ayuntamiento, a trav\u00e9s de la Tesorer\u00eda, implementar\u00e1 los programas de condonaci\u00f3n de recargos y multas en el pago del Predial, Limpia P\u00fablica y el Refrendo de toda actividad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jefa de Recaudaci\u00f3n, Jenny M\u00e1rquez Tom\u00e1s, dio a conocer que de acuerdo con las disposiciones aprobadas el 31 de marzo por los integrantes del Cabildo, a partir de abril se aplicar\u00e1 un 40 por ciento de condonaci\u00f3n en los recargos y 85 por ciento en las multas a quienes a\u00fan no cumplen con el pago del Predial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del Derecho de Limpia P\u00fablica habitacional, se tendr\u00e1 una condonaci\u00f3n de 85 por ciento en los recargos y multas, y el mismo descuento en los recargos y las multas por los derechos de ocupaci\u00f3n de inmuebles del dominio p\u00fablico en mercados municipales y similares, as\u00ed como en el Refrendo de toda actividad econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ello, dijo, se fortalecer\u00e1 la econom\u00eda familiar y beneficiar\u00e1 a los propietarios de cerca de 30 mil predios, adem\u00e1s de que se brindar\u00e1 certeza jur\u00eddica y ayudar\u00e1 a la ciudadan\u00eda a regularizarse en sus pagos y contribuciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que no importa si la o el ciudadano adeuda varios a\u00f1os, pues s\u00f3lo con presentar el \u00faltimo recibo pagado del Predial, Limpia P\u00fablica o Refrendo se podr\u00e1 acceder a los distintos beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que son susceptibles de recibir el descuento por derechos de ocupaci\u00f3n todos los comerciantes que se ubican en los siguientes espacios: Los mercados J\u00e1uregui, Alcalde y Garc\u00eda, \u201cSan Jos\u00e9\u201d, Luis G. Rend\u00f3n y tianguis Luis G. Rend\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, en los mercados Galeana, Los Sauces, tianguis Los Sauces; Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, \u201cLa Rotonda\u201d; tianguis Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, El Moral, Plaza Atletas, la Central de Abasto, Plaza Clavijero, Plaza Gastron\u00f3mica San Jos\u00e9, Plaza Adelante, Parque Benito Ju\u00e1rez y Plaza Revoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvitamos a la poblaci\u00f3n a que se acerque y aproveche estos beneficios, acudiendo a las cajas que se encuentran en Palacio Municipal, de 9:00 a 15:00 horas, de lunes a viernes\u201d,
