por despojo injustificado; piden a FGE atender el caso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Vecinos del Fraccionamiento Ecol\u00f3gico y Popular Las Minas A.C.\u201d denunciaron que fueron desalojados con violencia del predio por lo que exigen a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), que atienda su denuncia por el despojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decir del se\u00f1or Rafael V\u00e1squez V\u00e1squez, est\u00e1n solicitando a la FGE d\u00e9 seguimiento a la denuncia que presentaron por despojo en contra de un particular en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrevistado explic\u00f3 que la tierra la pagaron desde hace 25 a\u00f1os, por lo que es su patrimonio y, est\u00e1n en contra de que sean despojados de el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHace 25 a\u00f1os, nos lo vendi\u00f3 un ejidatario de nombre Timoteo Bartolo Mej\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, \u00e9l tiene un hijo, o ten\u00eda un hijo pero ya falleci\u00f3, ten\u00eda un hijo de nombre F\u00e9lix Eloy Mej\u00eda D\u00edaz, \u00e9l era el que firmaba los recibos que le pag\u00e1bamos, le abon\u00e1bamos del terreno, en el 2023, el hijo de don Timoteo nos demand\u00f3 por despojo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de mencionar que como medida de presi\u00f3n y para visualizar su situaci\u00f3n, los habitantes del predio decidieron marchar en las principales calles de Xalapa, bloqueando la calle Enr\u00edquez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
