expositores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Tacos de pastor, carnitas, pescado, camar\u00f3n, cochinita pibil, insectos y arrachera, entre otros, es algo de lo que se podr\u00e1 disfrutar este 29 y 30 de marzo, durante el Festival del Taco 2025, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la explanada del parque Benito Ju\u00e1rez, de las 10:00 a las 21:00 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento organizado por el Consejo Gastron\u00f3mico Veracruzano (CGV), con apoyo del Ayuntamiento, busca destacar el arte culinario de la regi\u00f3n y fomentar el consumo de productos locales, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer una experiencia que resalta las tradiciones y sabores que distinguen a Xalapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, el regidor Diego David Florescano P\u00e9rez coment\u00f3 que esta Administraci\u00f3n trabaja en coordinaci\u00f3n con diferentes \u00e1reas para ofrecer a la ciudadan\u00eda actividades culturales y recreativas que impulsen la econom\u00eda local y promuevan el consumo en negocios de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director de Turismo, Josu\u00e9 V\u00e1zquez Gonz\u00e1lez, destac\u00f3 que el Festival del D\u00eda del Taco no s\u00f3lo ha generado una importante derrama econ\u00f3mica; tambi\u00e9n ha impulsado el posicionamiento de la ciudad en el nivel nacional, otorg\u00e1ndole el reconocimiento y el valor que merece como destino gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El festival contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de 50 expositores, quienes ofrecer\u00e1n sus mejores tacos con ingredientes frescos y de la m\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los asistentes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de diversas actividades culturales y familiares como conciertos en vivo, presentaciones de danza folkl\u00f3rica y, como atractivo especial, el concurso \u201cTaco Maniaco\u201d, donde los participantes competir\u00e1n para comer el mayor n\u00famero de tacos en s\u00f3lo diez minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asistieron la directora de Cultura, Jessica P\u00e9rez Hern\u00e1ndez; el presidente estatal del Consejo Gastron\u00f3mico Veracruzano, Sergio Santos Monfil; y el director general del Festival del D\u00eda del Taco, Francisco Javier Cuevas Ferrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
