Escudero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado&nbsp;de Guerrero (FGE) inform\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>dos personas fueron vinculadas a proceso&nbsp;<\/strong>por presuntamente haber intentado extorsionar a la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Juan R. Escudero&nbsp;<\/strong>a principios del mes&nbsp;de marzo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los imputados identificados como V\u00edctor \u00abN\u00bb y Briseyda \u00abN\u00bb se presentaron el pasado 1 de marzo en las instalaciones de la corporaci\u00f3n&nbsp;municipal y se identificaron como&nbsp;<strong>presuntos miembros de un grupo delictivo<\/strong>, por lo que exigieron&nbsp;<strong>50 mil pesos&nbsp;<\/strong>a la corporaci\u00f3n a cambio de no hacerles da\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, personal de la fiscal\u00eda, en coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades municipales,&nbsp;<strong>hicieron un operativo para detener a los presuntos criminales<\/strong>, detall\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edctor \u00abN\u00bb y Briseyda \u00abN\u00bb fueron vinculados a proceso el 8 de marzo por un juez de control, quien tambi\u00e9n dict\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva&nbsp;<\/strong>durante los dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria para determinar su responsabilidad en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n en grado de tentativa agravada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, la fiscal\u00eda detall\u00f3 que un juez de control determin\u00f3 que los imputados identificados como&nbsp;V\u00edctor \u00abN\u00bb y Briseyda \u00abN\u00bb, adem\u00e1s de ser vinculados a proceso, deber\u00e1n de&nbsp;permanecer en prisi\u00f3n preventiva durante los&nbsp;<strong>dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los presuntos extorsionadores ya contaba con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, por lo que permenacer\u00e1n en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Chilpancingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con datos del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad, Guerrero registr\u00f3 10 reportes de extorsi\u00f3n durante el primer mes del 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
