{"id":45543,"date":"2025-02-16T13:22:07","date_gmt":"2025-02-16T19:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=45543"},"modified":"2025-02-16T13:22:18","modified_gmt":"2025-02-16T19:22:18","slug":"dan-prision-preventiva-a-lucio-n-y-diana-n-padres-del-bebe-abandonado-en-calles-del-edomex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=45543","title":{"rendered":"Dan prisi\u00f3n preventiva a Lucio \u201cN\u201d y Diana \u201cN\u201d, padres del beb\u00e9 abandonado en calles del Edomex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los j\u00f3venes de 18 y 21 a\u00f1os fueron detenidos por el delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un juez decret\u00f3 imponer la medida cautelar de&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>Lucio \u201cN\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>Diana \u201cN<\/strong>\u201d, padres del beb\u00e9 que fue abandonado en calles del municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico (<strong>Edomex<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la audiencia inicial realizada este domingo en juzgados de Cuautitl\u00e1n, el juzgador les dict\u00f3 esa medida por el delito de<strong>&nbsp;homicidio calificado&nbsp;<\/strong>en grado de tentativa. Asimismo, fij\u00f3 para el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de febrero su siguiente audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, Lucio \u201cN\u201d, de 18 a\u00f1os de edad, tendr\u00e1 que permanecer en el&nbsp;<strong>Penal de Cuautitl\u00e1n<\/strong>, mientras que Diana \u201cN\u201d, de 21, seguir\u00e1 en el&nbsp;<strong>Penal de Barrientos<\/strong>, centros a los que fueron trasladados tras sus respectivas detenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/cdn.jwplayer.com\/videos\/Z3wO5JJl-jvDuxzKY.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se present\u00f3 el abandono<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el&nbsp;<strong>11 de febrero&nbsp;<\/strong>en la&nbsp;<strong>colonia Fuentes del Valle&nbsp;<\/strong>del municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n. Ese d\u00eda, Lucio tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de abandonar a su propio beb\u00e9 sobre la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, a tan solo unas horas de su nacimiento.&nbsp; A trav\u00e9s de un video difundido en redes sociales se pudo observar el momento exacto en que el joven sac\u00f3 una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico de una mochila negra y la coloc\u00f3 al costado de un veh\u00edculo. Acto seguido huy\u00f3 a pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vecinos de la zona se percataron de la presencia del reci\u00e9n nacido y dieron aviso a las autoridades. De esa manera, el beb\u00e9 fue trasladado al Hospital Regional de Alta Especialidad \u201cBicentenario de la Independencia\u201d, en Tultitl\u00e1n, donde fue valorado y atendido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un inicio, la madre denunci\u00f3 a Lucio por el delito de&nbsp;<strong>abandono de incapaz<\/strong>, luego de que se difundiera el video referido. Seg\u00fan Diana Jaciel, ella no ten\u00eda conocimiento de que su pareja sentimental iba a abandonar al hijo de ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, por medio de una conversaci\u00f3n de Whats App entre los dos j\u00f3venes (la cual fue filtrada por la madre de Lucio) se tuvo conocimiento que ambos hab\u00edan acordado abandonar a su beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/cdn.jwplayer.com\/videos\/ybv6suXS-jvDuxzKY.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en lo anterior, el pasado 11 de febrero, elementos de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Edomex cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Lucio David y Diana Jaciel por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa, en agravio del reci\u00e9n nacido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los \u00faltimos reportes del&nbsp;<strong>Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado<\/strong>&nbsp;(ISSSTE) indican que el beb\u00e9 se encuentra en buen estado de salud. Cuando sea dado de alta, el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (<strong>DIF<\/strong>) Municipal se har\u00e1 cargo de su cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
