{"id":45360,"date":"2025-02-11T11:32:10","date_gmt":"2025-02-11T17:32:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=45360"},"modified":"2025-02-11T11:37:00","modified_gmt":"2025-02-11T17:37:00","slug":"ya-hay-impugnaciones-por-proceso-electoral-al-poder-judicial-de-la-federacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=45360","title":{"rendered":"Ya hay impugnaciones por proceso electoral al Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Pese a que ya lleva un avance, el proceso electoral para la renovaci\u00f3n de jueces, magistrados y ministros de la Corte ha registrado ya varias impugnaciones, inform\u00f3 la magistrada de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF), Eva Barrientos Zepeda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que la Sala Superior ha resuelto varios juicios interpuestos por la ciudadan\u00eda, al considerar que no se garantizan los derechos de todos los ciudadanos a votar y ser votados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde las personas que conformaban el comit\u00e9, siendo que no eran personas imparciales. Y ahorita en esta etapa, tambi\u00e9n ha habido varias impugnaciones. Muchas de las personas que estaban en el proceso dijeron que si ten\u00edan que estar en el proceso, sin embargo, la Sala Superior determin\u00f3 que ya no se pod\u00eda reparar (la afectaci\u00f3n)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eva Barrientos, dijo que en muchos casos no se puede resolver a favor de los inconformes, dado a que los Comit\u00e9s de Evaluaci\u00f3n ya desaparecieron desde el pasado 4 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La magistrada, no descart\u00f3 que en el resto del proceso seguir\u00e1n las impugnaciones por diferentes causas, pero es positivo, porque as\u00ed se van a crear criterios para las siguientes elecciones de integrantes del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"
