{"id":44964,"date":"2025-01-30T14:46:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T20:46:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44964"},"modified":"2025-01-30T14:46:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T20:46:55","slug":"reviven-financieras-descuentos-via-nomina-a-trabajadores-del-gobierno-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44964","title":{"rendered":"Reviven financieras descuentos v\u00eda n\u00f3mina a trabajadores del Gobierno del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>La representante legal del Barz\u00f3n de Resistencia Civil del Estado de Veracruz, denunci\u00f3 que se revivieron los descuentos v\u00eda n\u00f3mina a trabajadores del Gobierno de Veracruz para pagar cr\u00e9ditos a financieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alert\u00f3 que la llamada \u00abCobranza Delegada\u201d podr\u00eda dejar a los trabajadores en ceros, tal y como con maestros veracruzanos hace un tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teresa Carbajal, hizo un llamado al personal del Gobierno del Estado para que est\u00e9n pendientes de las posibles retenciones de sus pagos quincenales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abTenemos constancia de que, hasta abril de 2024, la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n de Veracruz manten\u00eda convenio para aprobar cr\u00e9ditos con cargo a la n\u00f3mina con ocho financieras (\u2026) de este listado un total de 1,075 trabajadores recib\u00edan descuentos para abonar a esos pr\u00e9stamos\u00bb, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teresa Carbajal acot\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito debe vigilarse y regularse para que no se convierta en un medio de explotaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la clase trabajadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera que advirti\u00f3 que el en caso de mantener o haber tenido alg\u00fan cr\u00e9dito con estas empresas, \u00abm\u00e1s vale estar pendiente de sus dep\u00f3sitos, pues tenemos conocimiento de que las retenciones se har\u00e1n por el total del cr\u00e9dito m\u00e1s los intereses que hayan generado durante los a\u00f1os que estuvieron suspendidos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teresa Carbajal reiter\u00f3 que el cuidado de la quincena es una responsabilidad compartida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de mencionar que las financieras que hacen estos cobros son: GB Plus S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.; PRESTACI\u00d3N Y PARTICIPACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS S.A. de C.V. (X tu N\u00f3mina); HINV, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. (Cr\u00e9dito F\u00e1cil); Financiera Maestra S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.; Publiseg, S.A.P.I. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R (Credifiel); Siempre Efectivo S.A. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R.; ASF SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS, S.A.P.I. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. Y CONSUPAGO S.A. DE C.V.
