{"id":44891,"date":"2025-01-28T17:03:06","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T23:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44891"},"modified":"2025-01-28T17:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T23:03:12","slug":"sev-no-contrato-a-soluciones-y-milagros-s-a-s-ariadna-selene","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44891","title":{"rendered":"SEV no contrat\u00f3 a \u201cSoluciones y Milagros S.A.S\u201d: Ariadna Selene"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ex oficial mayor dijo que est\u00e1 abierta a cualquier aclaraci\u00f3n.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.- <\/strong>En la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de Veracruz (SEV) no se realizaron contratos a la empresa \u201cSoluciones y Milagros S.A.S\u201d ni con empresas fantasmas, aclar\u00f3 la ex Oficial Mayor, Ariadna Selene Aguilar Amaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn la Oficial\u00eda Mayor no existi\u00f3 ning\u00fan contrato con esa empresa en los seis a\u00f1os que estuve al frente. Estoy muy tranquila porque no hab\u00eda contratos con empresas fantasmas, y menos con esta empresa, a la que ni siquiera conozco\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La exfuncionaria estatal en el gobierno de Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, dijo estar dispuesta a aclarar cualquier tema en rendici\u00f3n de cuentas relacionadas en su gesti\u00f3n como Oficial Mayor, adem\u00e1s de que dijo desconocer porque su excompa\u00f1ero y ahora diputado federal, Zenyazen Escobar se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se hicieron compras a dicha empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, dijo sentirse tranquila, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que todas las compras y contratos fueron sometidos a m\u00faltiples auditor\u00edas realizadas por el \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior (ORFIS), la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF), el Sistema de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) y la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado, de las cuales, ninguna tuvo observaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos procesos pasan por muchas manos, y nosotros nunca tuvimos un contrato con esa empresa. No s\u00e9 de d\u00f3nde sacan esa informaci\u00f3n. Les pedir\u00eda a los diputados que, antes de hacer comentarios durante las comparecencias, corroboren los datos. La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n es una dependencia muy grande, con muchas \u00e1reas que realizan compras, pero en la Oficial\u00eda Mayor no hubo contratos con empresas fantasmas.
