{"id":44717,"date":"2025-01-23T14:22:23","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T20:22:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44717"},"modified":"2025-01-23T14:22:32","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T20:22:32","slug":"ivai-requiere-8-5-mdp-para-liquidar-a-personal-david-jimenez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.mx\/?p=44717","title":{"rendered":"IVAI requiere 8.5 mdp para liquidar a personal: David Jim\u00e9nez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ante su desaparici\u00f3n se busca darle certeza a los trabajadores.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ada Reyes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Se requieren 8.5 millones de pesos para liquidar a 103 trabajadores del Instituto Veracruzano de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 su Consejero Presidente, David Agust\u00edn Jim\u00e9nez Rojas, quien dijo que es en caso de que no se puedan acomodar en lagunas dependencias estatales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su comparecencia ante el Congreso el Estado, dijo que se va a respetar los derechos laborales de los trabajadores. Record\u00f3 que ser\u00eda la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado quien le toque acomodarlos en una nueva \u00e1rea de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLo he manifestado que esas 103 plazas autorizadas son del personal t\u00e9cnico especializado que bien lo podr\u00eda absorber la Controlar\u00eda general del estado, pero el \u00e1rea de oportunidad la tienen ustedes c\u00f3mo Congreso para que podamos salvaguardar los derechos laborales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo ideal, dijo, es que se aproveche el conocimiento del personal y transiten hacia otras dependencias estatales como la Contralor\u00eda, el Organismo P\u00fablico Local Electoral y el \u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abY en esta base estamos haciendo un c\u00e1lculo estimado y en el peor de los escenarios de liquidar a todo el personal, a los 103 trabajadores y estamos hablando de 8.5 millones de pesos que tampoco es algo gravoso\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
