las demandas de la poblaci\u00f3n en materia de movilidad y seguridad vial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n Informante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver., 13 de enero de 2025.-<\/strong> La diputada Mar\u00eda Elena C\u00f3rdova Molina present\u00f3, en la Decimocuarta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de la LXVII Legislatura de Veracruz, un Anteproyecto de Punto de Acuerdo referente al derecho a la movilidad y seguridad vial en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante dicho proyecto, la legisladora propone que este Congreso exhorte a los gobiernos de M\u00e9xico y de Veracruz, para que, a trav\u00e9s de sus instancias competentes, dise\u00f1en, planeen y ejecuten acciones orientadas a garantizar este derecho e informen a esta Soberan\u00eda, por escrito y a la brevedad, lo realizado para atender y resolver esta demanda ciudadana referente a las condiciones en que se encuentran las carreteras y autopistas del territorio estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En alusi\u00f3n al derrumbe ocurrido en las Cumbres de Maltrata, a finales de octubre pasado, en la autopista Acatzingo-Ciudad Mendoza, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los accidentes causados por las malas condiciones de las carreteras ocasionan p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo y econ\u00f3micas millonarias a automovilistas y transportistas y m\u00e1s a\u00fan, cobran vidas humanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esto, enfatiz\u00f3 \u201cla importancia de una minuciosa revisi\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos de concesi\u00f3n para exigir a las empresas responsables que tengan en \u00f3ptimas condiciones cada kil\u00f3metro bajo su resguardo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Elena C\u00f3rdova Molina hizo menci\u00f3n del programa Bachet\u00f3n, impulsado por el gobierno de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum en este a\u00f1o, e inform\u00f3 que, hace unas semanas, acudi\u00f3 a las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), donde entreg\u00f3 una solicitud para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la carretera federal 180, que comunica al norte y sureste del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora explic\u00f3 que su planteamiento implica no solamente que la poblaci\u00f3n pueda ir de un lugar a otro sin mayores dificultades, sino tambi\u00e9n impulsar estrategias que realmente signifiquen la reducci\u00f3n de riesgos de sufrir lesiones o la p\u00e9rdida de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, propuso tambi\u00e9n que la Guardia Nacional y las fuerzas de seguridad p\u00fablica estatal \u201cse coordinen e implementen mayores operativos para contar con rutas m\u00e1s seguras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong><i>Toda la
