comparecer ante diputados locales y explicar c\u00f3mo quedar\u00e1 el organismo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dario Pale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Ver.-<\/strong> Sin la homologaci\u00f3n con la Reforma Constitucional Federal, el Instituto Veracruzano de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n (IVAI) no puede desaparecer, afirm\u00f3 la diputada presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Estado, Naomi Edith G\u00f3mez Santos.<br>En entrevista la legisladora de Morena reconoci\u00f3 que en breve corresponder\u00e1 al comisionado presidente del Instituto Veracruzano de Acceso y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales, David Agust\u00edn Jim\u00e9nez Rojas, comparecer ante los diputados.<br>Ah\u00ed, deber\u00e1 informar c\u00f3mo quedar\u00e1 el organismo aut\u00f3nomo, su inmueble, en qu\u00e9 condiciones desaparecer\u00e1 cuando est\u00e9 el marco normativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, consider\u00f3 que ser\u00eda importante que el titular de su punto de vista respecto de la desaparici\u00f3n del Instituto porque hay inquietudes entre los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que hasta que no se haga la homologaci\u00f3n de las leyes locales con la reforma constitucional por la que se extinguieron los organismos aut\u00f3nomos como el INAI, su par estatal no puede desaparecer, todav\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma en noviembre del a\u00f1o pasado, las legislaturas de las entidades federativas, en el \u00e1mbito de su competencia, tienen un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 90 d\u00edas naturales contados a partir de la expedici\u00f3n de la legislaci\u00f3n a la que alude el Art\u00edculo Segundo Transitorio para armonizar su marco jur\u00eddico en materia de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y protecci\u00f3n de datos personales, conforme al decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNo podemos suponer todav\u00eda una instancia como el IVAI para la desaparici\u00f3n cuando todav\u00eda no tenemos el sustento legal\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora defini\u00f3 que los trabajadores pueden tener la garant\u00eda de que no se quedar\u00e1n sin trabajo, ya que se trata de gente profesional en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSi esto va a ser absorbido por una parte de la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado, por el ORFIS o por otras instancias, obviamente el personal va a ser viable de ser reubicados en otras instancias donde se va a requerir su expertis\u00bb, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente G\u00f3mez Santos estim\u00f3 que a finales de enero podr\u00edan analizar la desaparici\u00f3n del IVAI, ya que insisti\u00f3 primero se deben ocupar de la homologaci\u00f3n legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
